I’d say they do the same thing, but the Carli has adjustable end links and requires more assembly. The Thuren to me was easier to install and cost less. I liked the idea of having grease points too.

It’s only meant to pre-charge the system with nitrogen. The little compressor isn’t able pressurize the suspension from empty.

Installed the Thuren sway bar this morning, so far I’m liking the improved ride quality. Will have to get the coils, shocks, track bar and steering stabilizer to finish things off.

If you can't find a truck that has these features and you really want them. You could add a Thinkware dashcam that will give audible warnings for FCW and lane departure. It won't auto-brake or auto-steer of course.
