First thing I wanted to do is lift and add 37's or 35's. This is the space where Black Widow, RMT and various other company's fit into that do all that fun stuff at their facilities.

It is so much more satisfying to do it yourself though, and then when you need to maintain something you are already familiar with all of the components.

37s start to decrease gas milage and most people are buying these trucks for work and tow vehicles. I can't see themadding that option for the few
You’ll be surprised that alot of people that purchase these trucks, especially the 2500’s. Utilize the truck as a Jack of all Trades. A little towing/hauling, daily driving, throwing aftermarket parts on, etc. It’s called a want especially the pricing and option to a diesel engine.

Exactly what I'm doing, have 37's and a Carli Commuter ready to be put on. I will say that the 3.25" seems to be a lot more intimidating then just a level. I'll get it figured out tho.

First pic is of a 6.4 on the dealer lot for good comparison of angle and look. The next are my truck with resonator removed, tip angle raised and all painted with black heat resistant paint. It’s still the stock tail piece or tip just turned and raised.

For anyone that's not comfortable with the sharp corner of the Rubigrid rubbing against the cubby, and/or wants to raise it a bit, I made a 3D print mount for it. Yea, you could grind it down,. but I chose something different.

You might need slightly longer screws, but I had already replaced mine when using a prior hacked up RAM mount base.

I am doing the same thing using the Carli 3.25. My issue with the 2.5 level kit is that it maxes out the caster adjustment and the geometry of the front suspension. The 3.25 put’s the front axel back to normal and allows for more caster adjustment range.
if I am wrong someone tell me before I drill holes in my frame

Mike,

You'll set caster to one notch back from straight down since you're using drops. The Thuren specs are really the same as Carli or any other proper alignment for these trucks, with 1/16" of toe and 3-4 degrees of caster.

We do recommend those PW isolators with any Ram coil from either Carli or Thuren.

Answer from CJC TECH SUPPORT for a couple of questions I asked. I didn't want to max out the caster either and wanted a little more lift then what leveling springs would provide.

Has anyone had to do U-joints on their 19+ yet? I can not find any aftermarket replacements and really not looking to spend $270 on stock Mopar ones...
