Hopped the boarder and picked up the balance masters I ordered from CJC. Removed the centering rings I had on before and all the wheel weights, took it for a quick rip down the highway to 110km so far so good. No more vibrations and can hardly tell they are installed visually. Excuse the dirty wheels

Nice, I am glad they worked out.

Are there any concerns that they may interfere with the cooling of the brakes?

Installed Thuren’s mid-rate rear springs (stock height), rear track bar, longer sway bar links, Bilstein 5100s, and Daystar cradles for the Airlift 5000 bags.

Will hopefully get front end done tomorrow before the frigid weather comes this way.

Ok man did those fittings and lines come with the airbags? I have some hard plastic lines that I don't like at all and would like to upgrade mine to something like that. Any part numbers or things to look up to order something like that would be fantastic.

Yeah those are included in the ultimate plus kit which is all stainless.

They sell the upgrade kit.

Here’s where I located the fill valves.

Knocked out the front Thuren installation today. Front sway bar, 1” lift diesel coils, front track bar w/ end links, and Bilstein 5100 shocks.

Lifted the truck exactly 1”. Thuren said it would be about 1/2” being a mega cab so I’m expecting some settling eventually. It’s exactly 2” lower than the rear which I really like. Was dark by the time I finished up so no full side photos. The Butt-o-meter on the test drive is registering a softer ride. Will see just how much improvement there is once I get some regular drives with it.

Didn’t have a 1-5/16” crows foot to adjust the track bar length so it’s a 1/16-1/8” long for this small lift. I’ll check the axle centering at ride height and see if it’s off by much. Thuren states up to 1/4” to drivers side is normal.

Adjusted the drag link about 1-1/2 turns to center the steering wheel. Beforehand, it was off 4-5 degrees and the truck threw up the check ESC warning light. Will get it aligned to Thuren’s specs as soon as I can.

Looks awesome!! What type of light bar did you squeeze in there? I wanna do something similar.
It's a Feniex quantum 600 stick that I modified. I cut one of the lights off (comes with 6 hence 600). The 6 was too big and the 4 left too much room on either side imo. It was a perfect fit. I didn't like the idea of semi- hiding/blocking the light in the lower area that most of these installs are done. I also need other functions the Feniex light offers.

Ordered the carli drop brackets, radius arms, weld in isolators and shocks, also dug the wife's rav4, my truck and work van out of 22 inches of wet snow. Good times. Transits suck in the snow even with winter tires and 3000lbs of tools and crap. 1000010755.jpg1000010756.jpg

I added the 1" coils and they actually gave me 1 1/2" of lift. Two years later it's still 1 1/2" but i'm ok with it.
Interesting. I’d be plenty happy if there was no sag. Really like its stance now. The front definitely feels softer. The rear is a little softer but going with the mid-rate I wasn’t expecting a large change there.

If I get a wild hair I might go an inch higher with the 1” soft rears and 2” fronts and add the Full Travel swappable bag kit since I’d have the clearance then. Then the rear would probably feel soft as the front. I’ll see how this setup tows with the airlift 5000 with cradles.
