Sweet camper. I just looked them up and it costs twice as much as I paid for my HD ram lol
We ordered early Fall 2020, and finally took possession in June this year. Due to the crazy world/RV market/greed the $$$ has presently risen almost 25%! It's nuts, and I'd have a hard time digesting the current $$$, but the whole RV market has exploded... We were set on an Airstream, but wound up here due to cost and features. Love the Airstream features and build, but wanted something we could take more places without damaging. I'm just a little over even with investment in my Tradesman; its been an awesome combo in use so far, and made sense at the time...

@Zmanyprojects ... isn't that the same RV Big Truck Big RV reviewed?
It is, and it isn't. Black Series USA has been making "unannounced" changes to their products for the last year, to the point that consumers like myself who ordered are/were getting very different features on delivery. One of their major dealers dropped them this summer, due to frustration with quality and lack of communication on changes (and warranty re-imbursement). My unit has the previous black / grey interior, and name brand (Dometic) components vs. mostly chinese (tankless water and general heater). Most significantly, they decided to change the design, lowering the box on the chassis; this improved headroom inside, but reduced ground clearance. My biased opinion: they added American bling while reducing the real off-roading / boondocking features and quality of the original Aussie design.

During a trip through Minnesota this summer we pulled into a small town park on a lake, looking for their campground. It was adjacent to their boat launch, which I parked at to scout from. We found the campground and set up; one of the other campers came over and thought we were getting ready to launch our "houseboat"! This thing has too many features...

Loaded up and towed this little gem 500 miles thru Baja to support Rob Mac and Trophy Truck #11 to another Baja 1000 win and class championship.
1965 M101A military trailer that's been modified with a Ford F350 axle, hubs, brakes and rims. It hauls all of our Pit gear out to remote places for us to pit with. Weighs about 5K lbs.

2022 2500 Limited should be here next 3-4 weeks.

Purchased specifically to pull new glamper.

Putting down a deposit on a 2023 Airstream 30’ Flying Cloud Bunkhouse this morning.

Previous buyer backed out. Should be February-March.

Let ya know when it gets here!

I bought a 2014 34' fifthwheel with 3 slides and all the bells and whistles that had a " salvage title" in 2016. The original owner hit a tire carcass in the road. It flipped up under the trailer and ripped a hole in the fresh water tank and ripped out the cross support under the tank. The insurance company totaled it. The guy I got it from bought it at auction and repaired it. New it was a $60k trailer. I paid $14k! Always pays to watch for good deals.

I went on a job today with the new 2022 truck. It was right at 40 miles each way, the truck had 240 miles on it this morning, so this was a nice little break in run for the rear end. The tractor and attachments is around 7,500 lbs, equipment trailer is around 3,800 lbs.

The truck functioned great, the lane assist is interesting. The trailer blind spot is not as good as it is in my 2019 F-150 King Ranch, but it's better than nothing.

The smart cruise control is the bomb! Dude, that is cool a heck. The F150 has it also, I don't think I'll ever buy a vehicle without it. That's the single most awesome thing it has.

Yesterday I got a call from a buddy to move a dead Chevy Tahoe SUV. I've got slightly over 400 miles now on it. The miles are piling up, it's only 22 days old and already over 400, not do they grow up fast. In all seriousness, I'm trying not to drive any more than I must before December 16th when it goes to Krown in Zellienople Pa for the rust proofing treatment. I want the frame and other parts under there as clean as possible.

You should go with something better like fluid film or corrosion free, krown is awful and turns and rubber soft i found out the hard way after having to change every bushing and door seal on my old truck only had it sprayed 2 times 3 years ago when the “changed their formula to not hurt rubber” thats a direct quote from them

So they changed the formula and solved the rubber issue?

They say they did but they did not as my rubbers were finished after 2 years of the “new formula”
