Does anyone know the latest date you can custom order a 2019? I don’t see many differences between 19 to 20 and want to take advantage of the incentives going on. Thanks!
Orders for the 2020's opened on 11/5/19. The last day to order a 2019 was sometime in October.

Thanks for the response! I am trying to find a SRW 3500. The Ram website is atrocious for searching for SRW. Does anyone have any tips for searching for 2019 SRW?

Dealer. He was notified by RAM or online not sure yesterday that est ship date was 3 days. It was assigned a VIN about a week after I ordered it Would be shocked about waiting on parts as they are basically the same as 2019

That's funny, wife is going to buy a limited Jeep GC as well almost at the same time my truck gets delivered. We were raised on Mopar!

Ordered a 2020 Laramie long bed SRW 4x4 Cummins with Delmonico Pearl Red, Black Buckets, Laramie Level 1, Bed Utility Group, Safety Group, Towing Technology Group, 12" screen, on Monday 12/2. Got a voicemail from the dealer on Tuesday 12/10 that a VIN was assigned, but they haven't emailed it to me yet. This truck will be used to haul a truck camper. Wife and I drove to Alaska in August and September (we live near Buffalo, NY) with our 2015 Ram Laramie short bed and our 2003 Travelite camper. Met lots of nice folks, and discovered that the Travelite doesn't cut it anymore compared to the other truck campers we saw along the way. I ordered a long bed so we can get the truck camper we want with a dry bath that we really really want.

Not raised on Mopar. Been a ford man. Had a 2008 jK. Then bought wife a 2027 Jeep unlimited. Went to look what I wanted on my truck and she drove home with a 2019 GC limited and ordered my 2020 3500 Limited lol

I almost bought a 2019 a few days ago from inventory but after verification it was already sold. And no other available like I wanted. So factory order is required.

Dealer said to wait until Feb 1st. He said I'll get pretty much the same price as the 2019. We'll see.

What was the context for his advice/suggestion that you wait a month to order?

He said there was no factory rebate right now on 2020s (like there is on the 2019s) but they would be back on Feb 1st.
I'm in no hurry anyway.

That's interesting.... I thought rebates (or lack thereof) at the time of delivery were the relevant cost impacts. That would be great for you if your dealer allowed their customers to choose the 'better of' incentive package re: order date vs. delivery date.

This is my first factory order so I'm learning as I go. But looks like he can guaranty a price based on Feb's incentive, regardless of delivery date.
But maybe I'll need to commit to the sale at order time where I think other can change their mind until delivery (I don't know for sure, I'm just speculating). I'll ask more info when my rep is back from vacations.

I've been working with the Internet Sales guy at my local dealer. He told me that there is a "Protect Buyer" selection when he placed my order. That allows me to keep the better of rebates at the time of my order acceptance or my delivery. So, two dates and I get the better of the two.
