Window sticker just went live! Dealer says truck should be delivered in 3 weeks. So “only” two months delayed from original estimate.

I am going to go into my small local dealer next week and spec a truck and see what happens. Salesman is the son of a coworker/friend, wonder if friends and family will play out.....online builder msrp is 88k and change.

Certain incentives are locked in when you order. If you call FCA they will be able to tell you which incentives will lock in and which ones won’t. Their number is 800-227-0757. If a dealer tells you they can’t lock incentives in call FCA with them.

Has anyone else tried calling this number regarding their orders? Curious how responsive they are or whether they give you the runaround and tell you to contact your dealership.

I placed my order 2/12/20, got VON & VIN 2/14. Was told D1 status on 2/21. The build sheet shows nothing for my VIN and ramchat is also playing coy (e.g. won't provide status codes but will try to explain vaguely what's going on). Assuming what @litzdog911 is accurate, there's probably another week lag until the build sheet shows.

Ordered a 3500 Big horn RCLB SRW with the HO cummins and air suspension along with a lot of other options on 2/4. Received the vin. and von. on 2/6 was in KZLD status yesterday. (not sure what the D means. I think it means that it still has to go to the vendor to have the bed liner applied before it is shipped) Also got the build sheet yesterday. Now just waiting to get the window sticker......and the truck to show up!

UPDATE.......Received my window sticker.

Dealer called this morning to say they were unloading my Laramie 2500 6.4 Hemi off of the truck as we spoke. Ordered 01/16/2020. We are in the middle of 3 days of rain so I told him I would pick it up Friday.

Mine arrived at the local railyard 2/28/20. Ordered 1/15/20. Dealer is trying to expedite delivery to them by next week, but it could be as long as 2-3 weeks thanks to the UP schedule of "whenever we feel like it."

One thing I wanted was the Bed Utility Group because it had the bed liner and the step, but apparently supply issues w/r/t the step are preventing orders from selecting that option right now. So, just added the liner as its own option and I'll hopefully be able to bolt on the step sometime later.

Did you order with the 68rfe transmission? Then it's probably waiting to have the transmission recall work performed before it can ship. Mine was just completed last week at the factory in Mexico and is now on its way.

Make sure bed lighting is also selected (if you want it) as it is part of the bed group. I dont see it in your sheet, unless another option group also includes it.

I triple checked this, but yeah, it's what I was concerned about. Apparently it's included in the Rambox option also. The details on the option are worded exactly the same as the BUG one. So, this should get me everything except for the step. I *hope*. Good eye, thanks for the proofread!

The amp research step is a little cheaper online, anyway. You can use the $100 saved and drive a little further in your new ride.
