I've been working with the Internet Sales guy at my local dealer. He told me that there is a "Protect Buyer" selection when he placed my order. That allows me to keep the better of rebates at the time of my order acceptance or my delivery. So, two dates and I get the better of the two.

Certain incentives are locked in when you order. If you call FCA they will be able to tell you which incentives will lock in and which ones won’t. Their number is 800-227-0757. If a dealer tells you they can’t lock incentives in call FCA with them.

Are there additional incentives besides what is listed on the ramtruck website? I only see the 0% 36 mo. incentive there.

Hello all! New to the forum. Found you guys after ordering my 2500 the other day. My build is a 2020 2500, crew cab long bed, Hemi, 4.10 gears, with the night edition in bright white. I chose level 1 equipment group solely for the solid back window but put the other options from level 2 back in it. They are Awesome looking trucks and I cannot wait to see it in person. As for ordering them, for those looking for a gas 3500 in SRW, just a heads up, without selecting a dually or Cummins, you won’t be able to order a SRW with 4.10’s in a long bed. Ask me how I know lol. Hence, why I ordered the 2500. The extra payload would have been nice but nothing some airbags can’t fix I guess.

Ordered 3500 Laramie Longhorn with 6.7L HO Turbo with Aisin transmission with 5th wheel tow package, direct mount 20,000 hitch, safety group, dual 220 alt. safety group longhorn level 1 equipment group on 02/15. today, 2/20 was notified it is in D-1 status with expected shipping date of 03/04. Third truck I have had built and by far the fastest.

Go to https://fcacommunity.force.com/RAM/s/knowledge and click CHAT, for Reason I use Customer Assistance, fill out your information including VIN/VON and ask the chat rep for build info.

You can see your Build Sheet when it hits D1 and your Window Sticker when the truck is built with the links below, just add your VIN to the end of each link after the =

I placed mine same date. Tried the chat function yesterday and the rep said that the build sheet is not available until it is complete and the window sticker once it ships.

There are a lot of posts saying once it is D-1 status you can pull the build sheet but I was shot down but customer service. She even said that she did try to look it up and nothing in system.

Bad information. The build sheet is available when the start building your truck. The the window sticker becomes available when the truck is built and ready to ship. My 2500 Limited was nearly ready to ship when the 68rfe recall delayed everything. It’s still waiting in Mexico to have the recall fix implemented.

I placed my order 2/12/20, got VON & VIN 2/14. Was told D1 status on 2/21. The build sheet shows nothing for my VIN and ramchat is also playing coy (e.g. won't provide status codes but will try to explain vaguely what's going on). Assuming what @litzdog911 is accurate, there's probably another week lag until the build sheet shows.

Pretty standard reply. They always refer to the dealer.

Brought mine home last night.
2019 2500 Longhorn 6.4 HEMI 4.10 gears. Absolutely the nicest truck I have ever owned.

Traded in a 2012 2500 Bighorn 6.7 CTD
