Thanks, I will do that, I just purchased the trailer surround camera system and have the 12 pin connector but not the soft keys in uconnect..
If you get a chance, can you pm me a copy of your BCM system ID (body_chrysler_info) and a copy of the backup file via google drive?

Anybody that has a 2022 with surround view, but missing the trailer surround view camera keys, and wants to add them will also have to send me their BCM read and backup file.
The values that need to be changed are not static, and depend on the rest of the vehicle settings in the particular configuration blocks. So, I can’t just tell everyone to “change this 0 to a 4”, etc.

I assume I need the alfaobd to get that information or where do I get that from?

Yes, you’ll need AlfaOBD to get that info (since that’s what has to be used anyway to make the camera keys show up). Check into the AlfaOBD thread in the modifications section to learn about it.

I should be able to have the developer add the setting to AlfaOBD pretty quick. He’s missing a block of settings for byte 8, bits 0-3 in cabin Net right after ANC active noise cancellation.
These come up as “reserved” in CDA 6, so he doesn’t have any idea what they are, and therefore didn’t include them.
8[2] reserved is the trailer CVPM, and 8[3] reserved is trailer reverse steering control module.
I’ll email him and see if he can add those.

The command is there in Alfa now but I still get a similar message.
I started the truck and cycled the radio a couple times but no change
I’m using an OBD Link MX+ and it works fine for my other changes I made????

Which message are you getting?
I have to ask- do you have the bypass installed?

Maybe I need to unhook the wire going to the canbuss for my EZLynk?
I made my other changes before I installed it
That definitely looks like a read back for when there’s no bypass. I think the ezlink bypass has you insert into two pins on the OBD port?

Or try to make a simple change, like cbc features fog lamp dropout.

Dumb ass me, just unplugging the ezlink harness at the OBD port and plugged the MX+ in there…
Which unhooked the bypass harness…
Hooked that harness back to the OBD port and all is well lol
Thanks!! For all your help and work with this!!
