What are people using for leveling/lift kits?

I’m sure it doesn’t suck. It will ride the same, it’ll just be a hair taller than it is up front.

I just wanted to gain a little more back than what I lost with my bumper/winch and keep at least one inch of rake. This ticks those boxes perfectly.
This fit the wants I’m looking for. I do not want a true level as I tow a camper and heavy fifth wheel but want something. Let us know what actual lift it gives you. I need to stop reading your posts, your costing me a lot of money!!!!!

I’ll update you for sure. They’re exactly 1”. When I do the install I’ll post pics. My garage is full of living room and bedroom furniture right now. Hopefully reclaim it soon

All done. That was not an easy job. Drilling for the rear track bar drop bracket is a nightmare. The frame steel is hard AF. You need to droop that rear end a foot to get those springs in. New end links were easy at least. The 5100s too. Rides like it's on a pillow in big bumps. Didn't do much for the quick stutter bumps. 1.25 inches of rake.

Looks great! We have similar trucks. Gives me an idea of how mine will look once my suspension comes in.

@woody284 i finally put the 1” lift on the truck. The garage door scratched the roof on the way out, lol

1” front/ 0” rear
285/75-18 (35”)
Still has ~7/8” rake front to rear

Hardest part was torquing the control arm lower mount bolts to 225lb after i did the alignment... because I’m a tiny man

Looks good RC. I just did a 1,000 miles round trip this past week in mine and was thinking about it. I’ve had the 1 inch sitting in the box in the garage for a month plus now. I’m still debating it. Sometimes I look at it and see the rake and sometimes I think it looks pretty good as it sits. I’m at two inches rake right now. I was also debating the 285’s as I know 295s are too big for my taste. Glad you finally got around to it!!!

I was pretty much set on doing the 1”. I’ve had a 1” and a 2” sitting in the garage for a long time, as you know. As my topper gets closer to being here, I really wanted to have the truck closer to completion when it arrives.

I just haven’t had the time to commit to the task. I need a bigger garage. Wider and taller. Not only do I have to move toys out to work on something, but I scratched my roof pretty badly with the garage door. At least it’s on the roof lol

That a complete bummer and I never would had thought that either. I love the toppers and can’t wait to see yours. My wife on the other hand think you have to be 80 to have a topper not 38. If they were so $$$ I’d bite the bullet and just listen to her call me old man.

It’s alright I’m 36 and I’m an “old man”, too.
