Must be a regional issue. I walked into the local Menards store and they had at least 15 gal jugs for $24. Took 3 off their inventory myself.

Found a case today at the local jobber. They had cases stacked chest high, probably 30 of them.

I keep hearing that oil is hard to find. Should I start worrying? I'm one of the bad guys who stocks at least 2 oil changes out on fluids and filters.

A man of my own heart.

I do like to keep oil and filters for my 1 farm tractor, 3 garden tractors, 3 push mowers, 1 diesel side by side, 7 vehicles and some misc for just in case. I live a half hour from any parts store, so if I don't stock it, it's an hour round trip at the minimum to get anything. Therfore, I make sure to always stock my own parts and fluids to a reasonable level for everything I have.

Well I'm not far from town but I do like to take advantage of our local Napa store's annual filter sale when they're barely over half price. I walked out of there with 2 big boxes a couple months ago for about $200. And although I've normally kept oil by the drum, I've been adding some jugs lately since, 1. That's all I've been able to find. 2. Can't run the old T4 in the new Cummins. Found 2 cases of T6 at Napa a few weeks ago for $32 a gallon. I gritted my teeth and said give me 2....cases. That hurt when you're used to $10 a gallon:)

It's an 03 Terminator vert with a bullet proof 8.8, coil overs, Maximum Motorsports Max Grip box combined with their launch box cage and chassis stiffener parts, Aerospace Components 6 piston calipers, ported OEM blower, SCT tuned at Wolf Pack Speed in Pittsburgh Pa, 4.11 gears on an Auburn LSD. It's making 540 HP on super unleaded at the tires. It's seen a couple low 11.4 runs on slicks. I've forgotten more than I remember about it. We built it like this about a decade back.

Very nice. Sounds like you may be bored of it. Corral member? If it goes up for sale I would be interested.

I had my 16 year old son driving it with me last Sunday. It gets around 1000 miles a summer on it. It's got 27k miles at this point. I'll keep it and let my kids decide what to do with it when I die. It's a keeper.

So is my 1971 Chevelle that I got for my 16th birthday in 1986. It's been in a garage under a cover for 25 years now. I had it restored 25 years ago and had it trailered home and never drove it. I haven't even lifted the cover since that day. It's my retirement. 71 SS 350/Turbo 350 cowl induction factory air car, black on black with white SS stripes.
