I’ll take stab at this. For 2022, it seems that the trailer hitch lamp is standard on all trucks? I can’t find any sales info that clearly states this, but, all the 2019-2021 tailgate handles are the same part numbers for their colors and cameras, and 2022 has a completely different set of part numbers. Here’s the list of 2022 handle part numbers below, and these are the sales code meanings:
MNA= Black textured
MNK= Body color
MNE= Body color with chrome
XAC= regular backup camera
XAK= surround view backup camera
XJJ= locking handles (standard)
Positions 7 & 8 in the part number define the color of the handle. Example: PAU is the paint code for granite crystal metallic. Drop the “P” in all the part numbers, and 7KJ43LAUAA is a granite crystal handle.
So, according to that list, the tailgate handle part number that you and g00fy have is for a black textured handle that accepts the hitch lamp and REGULAR backup camera. A black textured handle doesn’t exist that accepts the surround view backup camera.

For the tailgate handle jumper wiring, same as above- new set of part numbers for 2022 (*presumably* containing the lamp connector now).
Harness for regular backup camera equipped- 68521315AA
Harness for surround view backup camera equipped- 68521314AA

I’ll keep looking, but so far, I’m not seeing the part number for the lamp itself.

Thanks, I'll try to cancel my handle part, the bigger order is delayed anyway.

I would need a Granite body color handle with surround view.

Thanks! would you also know the part number for the harness/connector? from reading on here you have to replace the tradesman harness with an LED harness to make them work

*Edit*
Those are for LEDs with BSM, and they’ll work for all LED tails, but if you’re not going to bother with BSM, you can go with a pair of 68411221AA

01Timer, I have a 2020 2500 Laramie , 3C6UR5FL3LG274659. I am thinking about trying to add surround-view. It seems like I have the right mirrors for surround-view as they are the power heater, folding mirrors with the adjustable convex mirrors and they appear to have the cameras, or at least have the opening for the camera. Can you tell me if the cameras are in there or if I need to purchase those also with the other parts I need for the surround view?

I'm showing you have 68374948AD and 68374949AD (Black Tow Mirrors w/Blinds Spot Detection) which don't have the Surround View Cameras. The mirrors that would be the same [GPH] [XAN], but add Surround View [XAK] are 68361478AC and 68361479AC. Double check your mirrors to see if they have the camera (circled in red below).

I added Surround View to my Tradesman and I'm extremely happy with it. I'll work on posting a separate thread with install information.

Hey Jimmy would you happen to know if you can use this instead?

Just purchased LED night edition with BSM not really interested in BSM just got a deal on them so I was curious if I can just use these jumpers because they are cheaper and I have read the others might be back ordered.

Part numbers of the tail lights I purchased 68446840AD and 68446841AD purchased are

Wow, I can’t believe he’s selling adapters for the jumpers for that much. Not sure what mopar store your shopping at, but any set of jumpers, even for BSM, are cheaper than that. Those will work, but you can use any of these part numbers for the LED tails to work instead:
68396014AB (w/ BSM wiring)
68396013AB (w/ BSM wiring)
68411221AA (without BSM wiring)

Does the grill have to be replaced? I have the night edition on my laramie and the chrome radiator would change that. Will the camera not fit in the existing grill?

Yes, the surround view grilles have a cavity for the front camera that aren't there on a non surround view grille. I'll look for a Night Edition HD with surround view and get the grille p/n.

I still don't know why the 2021 VINs aren't allowing me to filter...ugh

But I did find a 2020 Laramie Night Edition (3C6UR5NLXLG250411) and it shows to have 68443251AA for the grille. That's actually the grille I bought to use when I installed surround view. It is a gloss black; you would transfer the black lettering and nostrils from your current grille to this new one. This is what it looks like (red box is where the front camera mounts):

Whoops. I’ll keep that in mind when searching for VINs that are needed to keep it under 2021.
