Canadian Mopar is the parts number guru! Here's a consolidated parts list for the black textured Power Wagon fender flares, wheel spats, and extra screws. My factory box side spats worked with the fenders so I didn't have to order those.

I put clear paint protection under the lips of my flares. Easy to do. Ran the blue tape along the edge of the fenders about 1/16" away. Then used that as a guide to put down the clear protective tape.

Here's what the power wagon flares look like with the tabs removed. A few have to be cut off.

That's a great idea for the clear tape protection. That was something I was kind of worried about. So from reading threads, it sounds like a person could use the standard Laramie flares or the Power Wagon flares on a Big Horn as long as all the clips are removed? I just ordered the Laramie style flares paint to match my black diamond color. Can the Power Wagon flares be painted to match as well? It's a toss up between the two :/ now that I see them both. I'm not going for big tires, just stock with a +18 offset, so either would probably work well. Where did you purchase the clear coat protecant tape. I would sure like to get some. Thanks for the help...

Did you also use the replacement spats? I'd like to keep them instead of losing them. Also, did you 3M tape the tops down where the clips were previously or do they fit pretty tight?

I got the tape at the link below.

Power wagon flares are textured. Probably wouldn't paint very well.

No it holds tight without any adhesive. I thought I would have to use some but it doesn’t need it and it makes it easier to take them off to clean. A bunch of dirt will get behind them but there’s no different than a factory truck with flares.

I’m thinking about putting wider tape along the bottom lip of the fender. That’s where most damage will be on these and factory flares.

You have to get different spats. They are cheap. The old ones are hard to get off and the clips will break. So make sure you only have to put the new ones on once

My wheels are 18”x9” with +12 offset. Tires are metric version of 35x11.50. It’s the perfect offset for these flares and flaps. I thought I had a picture but I don’t. I’ll take one later today

I would also have 18 X 9 except for the +18 offset whiich might make up just a little for the Laramie style not covering quite as much. I wonder what the difference is? I am sure somebody would know tbat answer.
Thanks so much for your help. Since I have the Laramie style ordered and would like them painted, that would be the route I'll probably go. I'd be interested in seeing more pics and how the extra wide tape works out.

What size of tape are you thinking of down lower? I assume the 1/2" was what you used for the upper?

Jumping in with a picture that I hope is helpful, but apologies if it's not.
Here is a photo of the factory limited flares with 18x9 +20 wheels and 295/70R18 falken wildpeaks. The tires stick out abou 1/2" past my 12" gatorback mud flaps and I get a bit of spray on the front edge of the rear flares. But I get no extra spray on the rocker or side panels compared to factory wheels and tires.

hope it's helpful

Thanks, that is very helpful. I like the look. 295 is probably about max for 9 rim I bet. Thanks...Nice looking truck. I am thinking between a 275, 285, or possibly a 295. Hate to be a pain, but if you had a sec. could you take a picture straight on showing the whole front end so I could see the stance. What wheels are you running?

Sure, here are a couple more.

Edit: Fuel Blitz D674 matte black. Last pic shows the rockers clean and a bit of spray on the rear flares.

Awesome! Thanks man...after looking at your setup today, I decided I really like those Fuel wheels and decided to get some since I still have stock. I appreciate all your time! I'm thinking probably 285s, but who knows.

RCdude, Every little bit helps in making a decision. Appreciate it. I hate the OEM offset. I think it's like +43mm, so where you guys are at with 18s and offsets of 18-20 range...looks so much better! Are you running Kenda Klever R\Ts? Looks like it from what I can see.
