I think I have tracked down the part number for the switch panel I would need. I need to have the tow/haul, traction control, front park sensor and rear park sensor. Just like the image below. Have you tracked down the required terminals and relays?

What is the part number for the tow/haul, traction control, front park sensor and rear park sensor with 6 aux switches?

Hi there, new to this forum but been reading up. Quick question and hopefully I just didn't miss my answer on these threads... on a 2021 3500 big horn, I have the aux switches, what I'm looking for is a way to hook up added interior lights inside the cab without having to go back out through the fire wall to the connectors. Is there any other connectors inside the cab to use with those switches? Or just any other connectors inside the cab to use instead of the aux switches?? ‍♂️ Thanks.

I read somewhere the Aux PDC uses low profile M Case fuses. Of course, I can't find where I read this even with the search function. I ordered MCase fuses off Amazon and the ones I received are too small. I am not sure if I ordered the wrong fuses (probably) or if the seller sent me the wrong fuses. I should be able to use them as spares for some of the main PDC, although I have never really had to replace a fuse in any main PDC. Looking at the fuses in the Aux PDC, I assume the aux PDC maybe uses low profile JCASE fuses. Does anybody have a link to fuses that worked for them?

Hiding in a sticky over in interior.

There are 4 new pass-through circuits in the 21 trucks, so 5 total.

5 total? Do u happen to know where I could find them, or 1 of them at least? I've looked and I see multiple connectors and harnesses under the dash, but not sure which one ‍♂️

Did you read any of the following posts? One member posted pics or the 2021 new jumper location in the cab and the blunt wires under the hood. Post #43, post #48.

The AUX connectors are on one 4-pin light grey and one 4-pin dark grey under the hood attached to the AUX PDC.

There's a grey jumper up by the firewall almost directly behind the headlight switch.

There are two jumpers that come in the upfitter bag of wires that you have to plug in. They only fit the mating connecter.

I need some help with what I hope is a simple problem. I want to reorder the lights I have connected to my aux switches. E.g., move the rock lights from switch 3 to switch 2. Easiest way would be to unplug the 1/4” blade connections from the dark or light gray connectors in the engine bay and reconnect to the appropriate switch port.

However, I can’t seem to figure out the trick for disconnecting the 1/4” blade lead from the dark/light gray connector. Looks like there is a tab that can be pressed on the back once the dark/gray connector is removed, but I could’t get things to move.

Any tips or suggestions?

Buy a pin extractor set and they come out pretty easy. Or just cut, solder and heat shrink

pull the white tap in front of the plug and you will see a gray tap its holding the pin with a flat head screw driver pull up and release the cable.

Anyone have a part number of what I need to add aux switches to 2021 with 12” screen. I have the switches but they are all used (exhaust brake, tow haul, front/rear alarms) those all use to be in a push button on my 20 and freed up switches for aux lights. My end goal is to add aux lights. Do I need to move the factory options in the switches to a push button like my 20 or can I get mage push button to control aux lights?

You would have to get the switch bank that has all of them plus the aux switch positions, i assume you have the piano key style?

Yes I have the piano style now. So I’ll need to swap the switches over to the buttons and then that will free up the auxiliary

I don't think you understand what it takes to add these to your truck.

You can't just change the panel and get Aux switches to work.

There's wiring, an AUX PDC (Diesel already has) and coding the sales code.

The PN for the panel is determined by the chart in post #341.

An update for me with installing Aux switches ..I own a 2500 2019 RAM Laramie. In the process of installing the Aux Switches. I have the switches installed and power (I believe) to the switches. By turning on the settings using AlfaOBD shown in my attached pics (first is the "Customer.Set.Menu 1 - Auxiliary Switches CSM" option selected was "Switch 3-6 option") I had the commercial menu become available on the instrument cluster (allows control of permanent power or ignition power etc for all six switches even though the option only says 3-6).

The second pic shows the setting that tells the BCM you have the switches plugged in and then allows them to be turned on and off (with the respective indicator light coming on on the front of the panel). What I can't find though is the output for the Aux switches. I've measured each of the wires and empty terminals on the back of the plug and don't get any change from the readings regardless of the switches being on or off.

Does anyone know if there is a spot/connector anywhere under the dash that provides those outputs for me to use to activate my relay?

Getting so bloody close to getting this sorted and don't want to rip apart anything else just yet..

Thanks in advance. If you have questions about AlfaOBD I am getting more familiar with it all the time, so maybe able to answer some basic questions..
Will the aux switches light up if the BCM setting is not turned on?
