Ram Brazil Surpasses Its 2021 Sales Number Already This Year!
Another Record Year For The Ram Truck Brand In Brazil...
With September in the books, Ram Brazil has posted its third consecutive year of record sales in the country. Since January, Ram (the only premium pickup brand in Brazil) has already registered 2,791 units, according to Fenabrave figures. That means the sales for 2021, have already surpassed the 2,750 units sold for the entirety of 2021.
Ram is expecting the growth of the brand to continue in Q4, with the recent launch of the Ram 1500 Classic in Brazil. Offered in Laramie and Laramie Night Edition models, the Ram 1500 Classic will join the Ram 1500 Rebel, Ram 2500 Laramie and Laramie Night Edition, and Ram 3500 Laramie, Laramie Night Edition, and Limited Longhorn.
The biggest highlight for the month of September was the Ram 3500 selling 441 units, making it the best-selling premium vehicle for the month in the country. Taking the No. 7 position on the list, was the Ram 1500 Rebel with 148 units.
There were also 89 units of the Ram 2500 sold during the month as well.
It was enough to push the Ram brand into the No. 3 spot for best-selling premium brands.
Introduced in late-March, the Ram 3500 has become the leader in Ram Brazil’s lineup with 1,182 units sold thus far. Pretty shocking considering the cost of the Ram 3500 compared to most B-segment vehicles that make up the Brazilian car market.
Ram has also sold a total of 854 units of the Ram 2500, and 755 units of the Ram 1500 Rebel.
With an official presence in the Brazilian marketplace since 2005, Ram continues to move forward in the Brazilian marketplace with currently 58 dealers nationwide. By the end of the year, Ram expects 75 dealers will be onboard for its dealer network.
