Found these guys, https://usaflap.com/product/polyrubber-mud-flap-blanks/
$40 shipped for a pair of flaps that are 24x30, will definitely be able to get the 4 out of them. Now do I just cut them at 14" or save myself a cut and go to 15". Well, when the weather warms up I'll make a mock up and get em cut out and on the truck.
We'll see if I need the weights or not, those are relatively expensive regardless it seems.

Thats pretty expensive go to your local truck stop or auto parts store and pay 10$ each for em

Anyone try these? Curious which ones would fit best with 20x9 +20 offset. Wrapped in 35x12.5R20

The new Weather Tech no drills

Just put a set of these on myself. Perfect fit, uses factory hardware. Less coverage than other brands, but I took the minimalist approach on these.

Not sure where you are seeing $40...
Did you miss this part? * Add $5/pair for quantities fewer than 10
Also, shipping is $25 so you're closer to $75, which is pricey for just flaps.

One pair of 25x30 is enough to make 4 flaps for a srw truck.
Shipping was $15 when I went to checkout to check how much it would be.

I guess if you're making them narrow.
I had to use 2 pair of flaps to make mine at 14" wide.

Don't think that 24" is long enough? Guess I need to go take a look and measure.

I'm not at home to measure the length, but I bought 24x30 flaps, but at 14" wide, it didn't leave enough material to do much with the left over.
It's a good distance from the crease above the lower panel to 5-6" from the floor.

I ended up ordering GatorBacks this evening. They were $185 shipped. Mopar mudflaps would have been around $125 shipped. Just a personal thing for me, but I'm not a fan of accessories saying 'RAM' on them. My truck already has plenty of RAM signs on it. I also was not a fan of the ribs on the Mopar flaps along with drilling holes. I was able to get GatorBacks with no metal plate or logo on them. Again, just a personal thing for me.

Post pics when you get 'em.

The GatorBacks that I ordered arrived today. These are some beefy flaps! I'll need to deduct about 10 lbs from my GVWR. These are the ones with no metal plates on them - just plain. I like how flexible they are. In the past I'd always had molded ones such as WeatherTechs which are much stiffer. I was always a little concerned backing into a parking spot in the Winter that I could catch one of the rear flaps on a snowbank and tear it away from its mount. These flexible ones will address that concern.

Now all I need is my truck to arrive....

Are you going to strap them to your sneakers while you're waiting for the truck to arrive?
