Made my exhaust loose weight a couple weeks ago then Today my muffler came in (donaldson M085171) so i installed it. Its now quieter than OEM with a hint more turbo noise… thanks again @elephantrider for the suggestion!
Where did you mount it, was it far forward or rearward? Heard the closer forward to thr turbo the quieter it will seem. I have a M090544 waiting to go on mine, and starting to think it's too big and quiet now.

The outlet is 4” infront of the factory tailpipe not much room to bring it further forward

oh great! thank you for the reply, im going to check if its possible to put 40" tyres on these and make it work
AEV makes a 3” that accommodates 40” tires. It moves the spring location to shift the front axle forward to fit 40s.. I like that idea. I prefer as little lift as possible. I’d rather cut to fit. Lol

Got the Bak Revolver x4s installed yesterday. 3rd time opening it and the cable came off the driver side latch. I called Bak and explained that I wasn’t thrilled with the situation of having a broken unit before I could even register the warranty online. They are sending me a new locking mechanism assembly kit asap. Of course, with very little effort (2 screws) I was able to discover that the factory didn’t crimp the crimp thus allowing the cable to come right out.

When I returned home, I got my crimping tool and took care of it. I checked the right side as well and that was barely crimped. I took care of that and put it all back together. When I was working on the right side, I realized that I had buried the driver side cable like a moron. I caught a case of the duma$$ and didn’t route the cable through the plastic housing cover before I crimped it straight to the locking mechanism. So now I only have access to the passenger side cable to open the cover. At least it works. When the new one comes in, I’ll redo the cable and it’ll be 100%.

Finally removed the last bit of chrome and swapped to led headlights. The grill emblems are color matched to the truck but depending on lighting almost look like black chrome. Been so long i forgot how to use alpha obd. Thanks to the guys posted all the settings to swap over for running led headlights. Next will be led fog lights.

Where’d you get those sill guards? Appreciate it in advance.

It's been almost a month since I received the new truck. Here are a couple of additions I added to the rig. Swing Box for in the bed storage and a Pace Edwards Bedlocker powered tonneau cover.

I've been a little behind getting some updates posted. Thanks to some previous posts, I installed the KC cyclone lights under the hood. No more need for a flashlight, these lights are amazingly bright.
