I did a few things to my 2017 2500 6.4, hopefully it kind of belongs here since it involves a few 2019+ parts:
Swapped out the 66RFE for the 8HP75, which required the PCM, BCM, RF Hub, and fobs all sourced from a 2021 wreck. View attachment 37512
Then, I was fortunate enough to obtain the entire interior from a 7000 mile 2020 limited wreck:

View attachment 37509
My original interior as ordered:
View attachment 37508
One of the few harnesses I had to build for the swap:
View attachment 37511
Also swapped out the standard steering gear for the gear with torque overlay, with the intention of incorporating comma.ai.
A few other features I incorporated are 2022 digital rear view mirror with both cameras, ttpms, and trailer surround view wiring out back to the 12/7 trailer connector.
wow, that seems like a huge undertaking!

Awesome. I took my 2022 Limited Longhorn to the dealer for a free car wash today. Sounds like we both had productive days!

Wow, Jimmy. That's amazing work! Especially since you did it all 'today.'

I drove my 2022 Ram 2500 CC 4X4 Diesel Laramie to work today. What an amazing truck! I've driven the Ford F250 and Chevy/GMC 2500 and they drive like trucks. Harsh and the interiors feel cheap - you can tell where they cut corners. My Ram 2500 not only drives well (even with an empty bed), but also the interior is tops. This has been a pleasant surprise for me!

And, this huge truck shows 19.5 mpg on the trip computer. AND the Alpine stereo system sounds awesome! Bose doesn't compare!

Got her tinted yesterday, put a screen protector. 15% in front, 15% in back, and 50% windshield. Later this week, I’m going to get my tonneau cover installed, Putco HEX Mud Skins, and wheels and tires on. 598AB17C-2AC5-48F0-87BA-E2D2F9FBAE3C.jpeg

Love Love Love!!! Can't wait for mine to get here!
Thanks! She’s definitely drawing the attention of strangers. I named her Megatron :) People come up to me at gas stations wanting to talk about her lol. How long do you have to wait for yours to arrive?

ETA is 5/22-6/1. So getting VERY close! Already have tires, mud flaps, tonneau cover in hand. Wheels should be here about the same time as the truck. Mine's only a heavily optioned Laramie, so not quite as nice as your limited. :D
