If the mother ship hasn’t decided what to do yet then the caring people who work for said mother ship could pass that along .
I am sure, as with any big corporation, RamCares is not allowed to say anything, unless they are told they can. Bad PR to say they are also waiting for the actual solution (if any).If the mother ship hasn’t decided what to do yet then the caring people who work for said mother ship could pass that along .
In for one of someone builds it.I wish someone would come out with a bypass kit at least so if mine grenades I can at least save the rest of the system. I think RAM has weighed the cost versus customer equation and we came out on the short end of the stick. They got their money for the truck so why fix what's not yet broken and warranty repair the ones that are ? Agree with Wiley.
Yeah I did have high hope but now I am looking into either a CP3 conversion or simply got rid of the truck.A little disapointed... (OK I lied, a LOT, not little) that there's still no update and I feel like RAM abandoned us '19-'20 model year owners.
Sorry you all are having this issue. Just wanted to say thanks for posting this thread. I was fortunate enough to run across it and bought a GMC in hopes of steering clear of the cp4 fiasco.
I want @RamCares to know that this issue is helping their competitors.

Its ok he may switch back when the 10 speed “alison” leaves him on the side of the roadYou could have bought a 2021 Ram and avoided it too. I would have to walk up to my truck with my eyes closed if I bought a GMC - although, I have to admit, they do look a little better than the Chevy. I do understand not wanting to deal with a company that doesn't step up to the plate to take care of customers. I don't see Ford or Chevy being any better about it though.
Same here bud, I already looked into doing Cp3 conversion until I heard that there "might be" a service solution from FCA. I hate being in unknown, either confirm or deny that FCA is working on somethingYeah I did have high hope but now I am looking into either a CP3 conversion or simply got rid of the truck.
This is great! Finally an legit action enforcing RAM to deal with this situation properly and promptly.US opens probe into Ram diesel trucks; engines could stall
DETROIT (AP) — U.S. safety regulators are investigating fuel pump failures in more than 600,000 diesel Ram trucks that could cause the engines to stall or lose power.apnews.com
Perhaps this is why there haven't been any updates posted. If there is an active investigation they aren't going to say anything.
Great except how many years will this take? This is great! Finally an legit action enforcing RAM to deal with this situation properly and promptly.
Who knows? At least now it's a federal investigation.Great except how many years will this take?
