My grid heater relay is now disconnected from the battery, and will stay that way until parts are available.

Anything above 10*F you will be ok from my exp i usually skip the preheat cycle but any colder than that it will struggle to startWill they disconnect the relay diesel_driver_3500 has done and allow you to take it that way? Got the appointment to fix the recall. It is still a month out. Anyone know what the fix is?
Live in Massachusetts. Dealer refuses to touch it until a engineer from stellantis calls them. No eta when that will happen. Escalated a case with ram today .
