Mine has been built since 9/24 then it went to get the spray in bedliner installed. It's now taken them 6 1/2 weeks to do a spray in bedliner.
Mine built8/18. Had the bad liner also. Learned from brv10 that I was misinformed, still hasn’t shipped. Seems the move to the bed liner vendor may be related to the extreme delay in shipping.

They told me that it had shipped out by rail. Learned from brv10 that it HAS NOT shipped.
Ram don't care as I call them told me the same. Brv10 verified the other day Its still in my waiting for a train ride. Been built since 8/31.

Dont waste your time calling, nothing will come of it. I called yrsterday morning because my dealer suggested it. They said they were gonna assign a specialist to look into the delay. About 3 hrs later i get a canned email telling me the status of the truck which was the same status it shows on the tracker.
I now have to agree since they misinformed me. Told me it shipped out by rail when it HAS NOT yet shipped.

You are not the only one! My 3500 was built on 8/12 and still does not have a ETA. I have called and chatted with Ram and they still can’t get me a answer. Dealership states they are wanting on 12 trucks that are in the same issue. Dealer is in Texas so it can’t take that long to get here.

Any word on your trucks built in August yet? Mine was built July 18th and still hasn't shipped.

Mine is still sitting with no answer from the dealer or ram themselves. I even have a case number assigned to an employee purchased truck.

Mine had to go offsite for Bed liner too and has been waiting to be shipped since July. Maybe you have something there.

Your truck is being held because of a recall on 2020-2023 Cummins 3/4-1 ton trucks for fire risk.
No fix yet for it, required to park outside and not drive.
There was another one in October for fire to tonner only HD trucks too for a relay fire.
With no fix developed would guess you won’t get yours till 1st quarter 2023 at the earliest.

This came from my brother how works for case Ih fiat

Cummins-equipped Ram HD trucks have a major new recall to deal with.

Stellantis issued a new fire-related recall for their 2020-2023 Ram HD trucks with the standard output 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel and the 68RFE transmission. This latest campaign affects approximately 248,342 Ram 2500 and 3500 models in the United States.

According to the automaker’s statement to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), certain 2020-2023 model year trucks could experience transmission expelling from the transmission dipstick tube due to excess heat and pressure. If that happens and the leaking fluid comes into contact with an ignition source, it could start a fire.

This latest Ram recall campaign affects the following populations:

· 2020-2023 Ram 2500: 199,377 units built between September 4, 2019 and November 4, 2022

· 2020-2022 Ram 3500: 48,965 units built between September 18, 2019 and November 4, 2022

Trucks outside the recall population are either not equipped with the 68RFE — as would be the case with the 6.4-liter Hemi gas V8 or the high-output Cummins with an Aisin AS69RC transmission — or were built before or after the “suspect period” wherein Stellantis believes the problem lies.

There was a relay recall for fire that is up to the 22 trucks that should be all done in late 2021, the new recall is for ecu's for trucks built this year that they are fixing right now.

I know my truck is'nt an HD but figured since it's a Reg Cab Classic coming from the same plant, I was wondering if I can get an update. VIN: 3C6JR7AT3NG408028 VON: 56630725 Supposedly it shipped on Nov 8th.
