Carli Trackbar Adjustment - Wonky Shifted Axle & Thrust Angle

This is eating at me a bit lol. Measuring the trackbar accurately is wonky itself - IDK + or - 1/16" or an 1/8" (At worst). 39 1/8" total if you have the 3" coil springs. The axle is clearly biased to the left (Drivers Side) at static height perhaps a good 1/2" to maybe 1" eyeballin . I notice...

Front Upper Spring Isolator (Seat) Upgrade ? - 3500/2500

68268825AA I believe this part number is for the front upper spring isolator on the Power Wagon. Does anyone know if this is made of a heavier duty material or is more resilient than the stock 2500 or 3500 equivalent ?

Fox (Carli) 2.0 Backcountry Shock Rear Orientation

I tried looking around, but can't find any definitive answer on which way these are supposed to be installed. The photos I surfed through have some mounted upside down or the shock shafts down on others. Also, The external reservoir can also be flipped. Here are the way I have them now just...

    Rear Suspension Torque Specs

MY 2021 and can't find a service manual yet. I'm sure it's the same as prior years so waiting for release. I need the specs for the leaf spring bolts front and rear including the shackles and U-Bolts.

Transfer Case, Diff Oil Alternatives, & Other Maintenance

I've always used Royal Purple in my other trucks and had pretty good success and never added any additional friction modifiers. It seems like the Mopar factory part numbers are confusing. What are you guys running Amsoil Severe Gear, Mobil 1, factory? I've always used Mobil 1 synthetic ATF in...

Titan Tank on CC SB - Diesel

Considering doing this tank. I had the 55 gallon Transfer Flow in the Super Duty and it was great (until the powder coating delaminated). Opinion on how you like it? I did a search, but couldn't find any photos on the CC with SB. Does it fit very tight to the transfer case? Also, how much...

    Carrying a 37" Spare Tire

So obviously a 37" will not fit under the stock spare location. So really the only options are mounting with a wingnut style centerpost in the bed, ratchet tie down in the bed, a Rigid style hitch mounted system, or carry nothing at all. I always carry a plug kit, but hate not having a full size...

Non Wireless Android Auto Seems Kind of Pointless (Waze)

So your truck comes with this nice wireless charger dock, but to use Waze or any other useful android auto app, the phone must be physically plugged in via USB. I really wish they would expedite Uconnect5.

Color Preference (Night Edition) and Rambox

I really like Granite Crystal. but its always "dirty" and with black leather interior, the trucks looks very dark with no contrast. The Billet Silver is okay and seems like it's easy to keep clean along with being cooler under the AZ sun, but it's run of the mill silver. The night edition makes...

Hellwig Rear Swaybar for 3500 Fitment & Airbags

Anyone try the Hellwig rear sway bar kit for the 3500s (#7298)? If so, what are your thoughts? One concern I had with the Hellwig is it uses U bolts around the axle to mount the bar. I wanted to eventually add airbags and didn't know if the bar mounts would interfere.

Additional TPMS Sensors and Re-Calibrating the Speedo

I bought some extra wheels and tires. I've looked and found multiple different part numbers for the TPMS sensors. Anyone know which part number is suitable for use with a 2020 3500? Also, from what I understand, if the Mhz are correct, they will auto sync (no special program needed)? What do...

    Are 37s Practical?

Considering doing a Carli level and also some wheels and tires. I think 37s look great but am worried overloading the drivetrain, ability to tow (not full capacity), not being able to carry a spare. I mean 35s make the most sense, but does anyone here run 37s on a daily driver?

Transmission Screech or Belt? 2020 Cummins H.O. 3500

Picked it up from the dealer today, put about 300 miles on the drive back. Opened it up a little a number of times (not full throttle or anything crazy), the transmission does an odd hunting like kickdown (maybe normal I guess?), but when backing off the throttle, there is this moment that...

3500 No Air and with Factory Air Spring Lift Kit Options

It seems like there a lot more aftermarket options for standard suspension as opposed to the factory rear air suspension. I'd like to possibly lift it 2" or so, but didn't want to get stuck with not being able to alter the rear ride heights without throwing some crazy codes or encounter some...

Help With Some Options on a 3500 HO

I'm building out a 3500 HO Cummins CC Shortbed and had some questions on the options. I guess some of these are probably self explanatory, but would like to hear opinions on some of them. - The RamBox worth it? I feel this is a great idea, but kinda bummed you can't use the factory fifth wheel...

Ram Box & 5th Wheel Towing Prep

I wasn't sure if the build sheet is correct, but if you select the RamBox, then the 5th Wheel towing prep is removed. Is this because there isn't enough clearance with the Rambox or just a website bug?

    Transmission Choices

I was waiting for this redesign awhile. I was disappointed to learn the G56 will no longer be available with the Cummins as I would have placed an order for one. I suppose it is what it is being Ford and Chevy are all auto. Do we know what transmissions will be available and will both offerings...
