If you're trying to engage your front locker and not moving, it isnt going to engage, it requires forward or backward movement to engage. and U-connect sucks
@Snagster123 just because you are posting in the Powerwagon forum, we can't assume you have a PW unless its in your signature, many people with other types of Ram vehicles post in here unknowingly
I have had the same Ctek under the hood of my 2012 Cummins and I moved it to my 21' Pwerwagon. I plug it in at least once a week in the summer and more in the winter. I had the same batteries in my '12 for 9 years doing this method
Nothing really special about a PW axle housing, Just find another 2500 housing that fits your truck.
Did you see the damage, I'd be surprised that a Pinion bearing would ruin a complete housing unless the truck was driven for thousands of miles with a bad bearing
Honestly, it depends on what you tow and how often. I sold my '12 Ram w/cummins to get my '22 PW. I always hear people say, if you tow get the Cummins. If you're only towing like 5k-8k 1 or twice a month a 6.4 can handle that easily.
If you're towing heavy weight alot, then be realistic...
