I've never hand calculated the fuel milage. If the DEF usage is still in the 2 to 5 % range after the 67A, I don't think its excessive. One of my co-workers who has an '18 3500 HO is convinced it will be much higher DEF usage and so he doesn't want the update done. I've been trying to learn...
Any thoughts as to how much DEF usage goes up after applying this flash? Right now I get about 5,000 miles per 2.5 gallons of DEF just driving around. If I tow heavy, of course the DEF gets used more.

Did your auto dimming rear view mirror work after the new radio was installed? I had mine replaced in February. Since then the mirror won't dim at all.
