Got mine aligned after a few thousand miles when I noticed the tires wearing the same. Alignment was out of factory specs from the factory. I did the same and went with Thuren specs. Wears much better now at 9K miles. With 1400 miles on my new 2022 The front tires were feathering pretty insanely hard on the outside 2 rows, so I took it to my cousin and had him line it up to Thuren specs as close as he could.
He also rotated my tires.... look at what the Krown did to the inside of the front wheels that are now on the rear! The oil sucked up all dirt within 3 counties of me! For some reason the rear wheels that flipped to the front don't have near the oil and dirt. I'll get those all cleaned up tomorrow.
2022 Patriot Blue 3500 Dually Limited Longhorn 6.7L with 4.11 gears.
Had a local shop install flush mount lights in the rear bumper. Outside 2 are wired into the reverse lights with a relay. Inside two are on an aux switch to make working on trailers and such easier or to let the guy behind me know I don’t appreciate his lightbars shining into my mirrors. With all four lit up, I have crazy amounts of light back there!
light bar mounted behind the front lower grill turned out real slick! It’s wired into the high beams. It does it’s job well. Might upgrade the fog lights to light up more ditch.
added 4 additional bed lights wired in with the 2 factory bed lights. The new ones have a shroud on them to keep the light pointed down, so they Don’t shine in my eyes when I’m standing in the bed.
I’m really pleased with how the lighting turned out. My local light guy always does a great job! I have rough country fender flares and a truxedo sentry bed cover waiting for me to install them when it warms up a bit. -18F this morning…
I’m in alaska. We do what we want! lol. Not sure what the real laws are here But light bars are pretty standard equipment around here for spotting moose, not for hunting, for keeping the bumpers uncrunched. The lights in the rear bumper look great. Lightbar looks great too, but I am not so sure about having the lightbar wired into the high beams though. Definitely couldn't get by with that in a lot of states.
I don’t know the Make/model. And it’s too cold to crawl down there and look. :-/ -25F this morning. Those look great. I have not heard of them before. What model is the Light Bar.
Looks good, where did you get the additional bed lights and bumper light bar? Any links by chance?Had a local shop install flush mount lights in the rear bumper. Wow that’s First Class, congrats!Picked it up from Mark Dodge, actually Aaron had it delivered to within 1 hour from my house. Thanks Aaron.
When I got home I installed Weathertech floor liners.
And lowered the tire pressures from 80+ to 50 PSI in the Front & from 65 to 40 PSI in the Rear = HUGE difference in the ride.
I'll post more pics after I get it cleaned up. It's been raining here today.
I got them from and had them installed by a local car shop. The bed lights might be heise brand. Unsure of the light bar.Looks good, where did you get the additional bed lights and bumper light bar? Any links by chance?
Hows the cover?Brought truck home on Monday. Tuesday I had Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT's (285/65/20R) put on and also a Truxedo Sentry tonneau cover installed.
So far so good. I haven't opened and closed it much yet, but I like the looks of it and it seals up nice. The build quality seems good.Hows the cover?
did you PPF the pillars and rocker panels?Picked up the truck from the detailer:
Got PPF on front bumper, grill surround, and full hood.
Removed the "sport" decals from the sides of the truck.
Pillars? I did not PPF the rocker panels. My immediate concern was protecting all the paint on the front end. I don't really go off road except for camping, yes I hope my decisions don't bite me in the ass.did you PPF the pillars and rocker panels?
Pillars are the corners of the roof between the windshield. I believe pillar A and B are the front 2Pillars? I did not PPF the rocker panels.
