Shawn, one of the product specialists had me set up everything on my phone while sitting in the dealership. He spent as much time as needed going through how everything works. Make sure you set up that big 12" display before driving at night, lol. Mine had been set for max brightness and it was only after it had gotten dark that it blinded me, lol. First rest stop I hit on I-10 I changed it to "dark" mode....much easier on the eyes.

Yeah, I may home up in Pensacola on the way home. Something happened with my eyes a few weeks ago and everything is already dim enough.

With the plant in Saltillo closed for Easter, and no new builds happening for a couple days I had to find something to look at. Here's where the 6.7 is made, thought it was pretty cool.

Got a call from MD that my truck was in. Flying out there Tuesday. I never did the spreadsheet thing so here's a little info hope it helps. Ordered 1/13 arrived at MD 4/15. So just at 3 months from order to delivery, 22 Limited MC Dually 4x4, sunroof, 5th wheel prep, 12 inch screen, bedliner, air suspension, digital tow mirror, BSM, Tow Technology Group, 4:10 gears, Dual Alternators, TTPMS, HO Cummins Aux Switches, Black Diamond.

I oredered my mc dually 12-21 its built but still not delivered to md. I wish i knew when it will arrive.

I oredered my mc dually 12-21 its built but still not delivered to md. I wish i knew when it will arrive.

Do you know where it is in the transportation leg of it? Sandi was able to send me a shipping log that showed me. It took about 10 days to get from Port Allen to MD?

She said friday that the system was down so she couldnt see if it was on its way yet. I havent heard from her since that email

The only Space-A (Gateway and Air Force Inns) I could get was at Eglin for $130 and the A/C is out in the bldg currently. I may just cancel that and try Gulfport.

You could always stay at the casinos in Lake Charles. They are both nice and safe.

why not just sleep in the truck save the money and power nap and continue stop again when your tired and power nap and continue on. that's what I would do if it was me driving from MD. luckely I only have to go 10 miles or less.from.my dealer. glad I ordered locally fuel prices are way up from Nov and Dec would have cost me the ssmr to buy from md if not a few hundred cheaper in today's fuel prices.

Picked up my truck at Chapman in Horsham, PA a little over 4 months from ordering. Everything was exactly as ordered and refreshingly simple and easy to do. Would completely recommend if you're in the Northeast. The only negative has nothing to do with the dealership, just that the truck was shipped and sat for nearly a month waiting for a ride north versus others which go by train compared to those going to MD. That said, it was great having a simple drive to the dealership.

I'm saving about $11k at MD over any local dealer, hell I could live in NZ and make that drive and still come out ahead even with these gas prices!

I could drive straight through, used to do that from San Diego to Houston, but I don't feel like rolling in and being dead the whole day at home. I said "whatever" and just booked a room in Biloxi. There are some nice casinos there, and I can get into Jax with daylight left the next day.

Why do you consider that dangerous? Just like a sleeper cab as a truck driver, and is my plan as well back to CA.
