Ram Trucks Expands Its Dealer Network In Brazil
Inaugurates A New Even More Premium Standard...
Ram’s performance in Brazil in recent years has been impressive, with consecutive records in sales, which boosted the brand to first place in the rankings of the premium market, representing the pickup truck segment. Ram has shown unparalleled strength, capacity, luxury, and technology with its offerings. In 2019, the Ram brand sold 652 units; last year, it closed with 5,052 units, an increase of 675%.
Recently, the truck brand has begun to reveal details about a new business model for the Brazilian market.
To support all of its growth within the country, Ram is expanding its dealership network with an investment, by the partner groups of approximately R$ 150 million (or about $30 million) to expand to more than 100 stores by the end of the year. More than double to the 46 dealers the brand had in December 2019.
To support all this growth of Ram in the country, a movement to expand the dealership network is being implemented, with the investment, by the partner groups of approximately R$ 150 million (or about $30 million).
“In parallel with the launch of our future national pickup and the results we have achieved in recent years in Brazil, we are more than doubling the number of dealerships in the country, aiming to strengthen Ram’s presence, offering our customers more points of sale with a premium service that is recognized for excellence and exclusivity,” says Breno Kamei, Vice President of Ram for South America.
“With this movement, we are seeking to strengthen Ram’s presence in strategic areas further, as well as bring customers closer in new cities to the brand, following one of Ram’s most important moments in the country with the sales success of our models and the launch of a new exclusive national pickup,” reinforces Everton Kurdejak, Vice President of Commercial Operations of Ram for Brazil.
