Thanks man! I'm looking for the plastic pads that snap into the running boards. There are 3. Two side pieces and one center. My vin# is 3C6UR5DJ3LG282424. Any help u can provide would be appreciated.

Ok so Benny at allmoparparts said he can't find a part number for the LED light so he's thinking it's part of the tailgate harness which has it's own number exclusive to the 2022MY. The part number is 68521314AA which unfortunately is currently unavailable for order and unpriced... I'll post back here when I get any updates on it.

have you checked if the harness is different apart from bringing an extra connector for the auxiliary light today install the tailgate handle waiting for the harness and the light

It definitely won’t be plug n play. First thing that has to be done is cut the main connector off the new tailgate harness, and use the old 4-way tailgate connector with new terminals for it. Then, the lamp circuit will have to be added to the chassis side 4-way connector and either tapped into the bed lights, or run to the BCM where it’s dedicated circuit originates (assuming the pre-2022 BCM has the capability).

Can’t wait to see a pic of the actual light, based upon what Jimmy posted above I’m wondering if it’s possible to just run dedicated wires to the light itself and tap them into one of the LED bed lights.

Does the new tailgate jumper harness go all the way to the chassis harness connector, like the arrow is pointing to in the pic, or does it only go to the tailgate/body transition plate?

My light has been finicky since the day I got the truck - sometimes goes into a strobe-like mode and I suspect it's not as bright as it should be either... Anyways, dealer is replacing under warranty but the light part itself is apparently backordered - no ETA on when they'll get it. Will report back here when they get one and can provide the part # then as well (if that helps anyone).
