Makes me wonder......
Wow! I can’t believe this is happening I am such a big fan of the Cummins and WAS ready to go on a new truck, I hope the FCA reads these forms which I doubt. I can honestly say I am not going to be buying a ram when reading about customer service like this. I realize there are always problems to be worked out but this is not acceptable. I hope they get you on the road soon,My 2019 Ram 2500 had the same CP 4 failure and metal shavings from the pump went into the fuel system, 6,200 miles on the truck. Trucks been in the shop since July 23rd 2020, and parts aren't expected in until Nov 23rd at the earliest. FCA/RAM CARES/less de-escalated my case, even after 1 month straight in the shop, and with over 4 more months of waiting to go, I asked 4 times for a replacement and FCA denied every attempt. Hired a lawyer and RAM Cares/less told me hiring a lawyer didn't "help my case". I guess I should've been happy walking for 5 month while making a truck payments.
I had to buy another truck just to have something to drive, FCA/RAM wouldn't even give me a rental (unless I paid up front and waited 5 months for a reimbursement ). My truck is still setting in the shop awaiting parts, while FCA still refuses to help in any way. I couldn't even get a RAM Care manager to return my call, had her subordinate call and say " she had nothing new to say".

Sounds like FCA issued a threat because you hired a lawyer. Get all you can! What is the lemon law in your state?

CS at Ram care, I called to asked why the parts were taking so long and did the have my truck listed as NOR (not on the road), she asked "what did you do to help your case" I told her I had called the service center that day, she said " NO... I mean the attorney you hired" She acted like they were offended I was mad about not having my truck for 2 months.
