Here’s my proof, I’ll wait for you to upload your proof that people/consumers are trying to “influence” anything...other than the flavor of your fan boy koolaid. A 75k dollar truck didn’t make it 6,500 miles before it broke down, almost 5 months in the shop, and it’s still not fully repaired.
Again, I’m not a brand fanboy...this can happen to any manufacturer, it’s how the manufacturer handles the issue. At the very beginning of this I asked to speak with a RamCare supervisor (while I still had an open case)...my ramcare agent (Chris)called me back to say “his supervisors had nothing to say to me”. Please explain how that’s customer service?
