Fuel System Failure?

Here’s my proof, I’ll wait for you to upload your proof that people/consumers are trying to “influence” anything...other than the flavor of your fan boy koolaid.
I was sitting on the toilet this morning, reading this stuff thinking... the guy could just post his receipt or something... thanks ;)

I’m not saying it does not happen. I’m saying the actual cases are not as many as you would think. You are exception to the rule. Look at the OP of this thread. He trolled for 2 days and never logged back on.

Again, I’m not a brand fanboy...this can happen to any manufacturer, it’s how the manufacturer handles the issue. At the very beginning of this I asked to speak with a RamCare supervisor (while I still had an open case)...my ramcare agent (Chris)called me back to say “his supervisors had nothing to say to me”. Please explain how that’s customer service?
If it has been 5 months why wouldn't you get a lawyer and bitch to the point of no return. sure it can happen to any manufacture but not 5 months that is beyond extreme.

After 30 days ( with Ram stating my parts wouldn’t be in for 3 more months) and 3 de-escalation my case through Ramcare I was forced to hire an attorney. But, while Ram doesn’t seem to care about customer service...apparently they’re more than willing to fight you in court.

5 months...I was offered no loaner, no rental (unless I paid upfront and waited 5 months for reimbursement). The rental was costing me over $1200 a month, that’s plus the truck payment on a vehicle I couldn’t use. I had to buy another truck just to have transportation. We’re an active duty military family, the has been a huge financial hardship.
