Borla S Type exhaust

I had my truck in for warranty work with the exhaust on, no issues.
 
No it doesn’t. Also why did you buy a brand-new truck and then decide to switch to a 23? Is it the first truck you’ve ever had?

2nd truck, waiting to see the full updates on the 23s. Mainly it is the 2500 Rebel package with the diesel. Found that out after I got my factory ordered PW. I also am in the position to switch vehicles around when I want, so if there is something I want I buy it :).
 
Nice. I hate that they did the 2500 rebel. But if you like the looks of the power wagon and don’t need all the power wagon gear and want a diesel that’s the perfect truck

Still doesnt explain why you're removing the exhaust now. You're at least 5-6 months away from delivery of a '23.
 
Well I have between now and when I get the truck. So if I can sell it now I will. Why not give someone the option to buy it now? No intentions on pulling it off until that happens. Is that okay with you since it seems to bother you so much?

It doesn't bother me in the slightest. It just sounded suspicious that you have a used exhaust for sale because you might order a '23 that you might get in 6+ months and you might sell your PW some time in the future. That being said, a 2500 diesel with a cosmetic off road package doesn't make much sense to me either. C'est la vie

@mtbgordon OK so have you been happy with the sound from the Borla? So far it is the only one I have read about where there seems to be a consensus that there is no droning, or very little droning!

Looking through this and various other forums, this is the consensus I've come to as well. Borla makes excellent products, so I just pulled the trigger myself.

I saw the MSRP on Borla's site jumped up to $1100 so I grabbed one before I even had my truck. It gives the truck the look and sound it needs. The only down side is my MPG dropped because you have to step on the throttle a little more to hear that rumble.
 
Still waiting on mine to ship.....it's been 2 weeks....getting pissed.

Well, I guess be glad you aren't ordering electronics. I ordered some baja design lights that took 17 weeks to ship and a ProSwitch that took 14 weeks to ship!
