2025 ram 3500 Limited option missing

I had fooled around with that but ran into "pin setup" - I didnt want to lock myself out of anything so I aborted that exploration. I'll explore the commercial settings at lunch and report back.
You don’t need to set up the PIN, just enter the zeros. If PIN setup is all you see, then aux switches aren’t present.

As you may have anticipated, all I get is the pin setup and the parking sensor. My menu item is #7, while yours is #10. So There's probably other stuff I dont have due to our difference in trim levels (I'm Laramie L2+)

Your commercial settings menu has parking sensors? Are you in a chassis cab?

You mean pin setup and backup alarm?
I'll confirm, but it was two options (it probably was backup alarm).

I honestly should have got a snapshot, but I was literally running out to the truck between calls. Sorry for the sloppiness, I'll confirm after work.

Only 2 options:

Park Sense and Pin Setup

I asked the same question to my dealer for my 25 Limited 3500. The Parts department says they think they've found the correct part, and have ordered it. Should be in this week. We'll see what they come up with.

Weird they have ParkSense setup on there. Previous model years only had that if you had a chassis cab or bed delete (or enabled it in AlfaOBD of course).

The only options inside ParkSense are to turn on/off for front or back. I was hoping for a sensitivity setting... the sensors are def more sensitive than my 23 was. Hoping to tune it down.

Yeah, those are the same settings that the trucks I mentioned have. It's because they ship with the system only partially installed and they give you the options in there to turn it on if you install the rest of the sensors.

Cool, what part number did they give you for the switches? the next big hurdle will be how to activate it in the dash? it seems like alpha obd doesn't work on the 2025?

Is there a way to change the name of the thread to "adding AUX switches to 2025" or something the like?

When someone figures out what's all needed, we can work on tuning up any threads or stickies, etc.

He didn't provide a part number....I think he wanted to make sure it was correct first. Apparently the parts catalog for 2025 HD is somewhat ambiguous in many ways

I randomly came across this review of a 2025 1500 RHO and I noticed that the truck had the trailer reverse guidance AND the four AUX switches. See screen shot below from YouTube video. So unlike the 2024 and under models, it looks like the AUX switches will fit. started looking around at dealer RHO interiors to make sure that one truck in the YouTube video wasn't some pre production model and sure enough I found the aux switches with the trailer reverse guidance module again. (2nd pic.). So these aux switches will definitely fit if you also have the trailer reverse guidance. now it's just a matter of finding some part numbers!

Looks like 68609125AD is the 4-aux switch bank.
Then you would have to do like previous years for adding aux switches- populate all the wiring, fuses, and relays in the aux PDC, or have @Florotory build you the kit for it. You’ll also need to check to see if the connector that would plug into the switch bank is present in the dash (if not, that wiring will have to be built also). Link below for reference of what’s involved in adding the wiring.

Then, after all that, comes the long wait for being able to program anything on these trucks.
Just for reference, I informed the alfaobd developer last October that he is able to add the 2025 1500 to alfaobd, but he’s still working on it. The 2025 Heavy Duty Rams aren’t even in the latest “cracked” version of CDA6 (this is the pirated Chrysler engineering software that the alfaobd and JScan developers use to model their apps after), so we have to first wait for someone to “crack” a newer version of CDA6 until these 2025 HD Rams can be added to alfaobd for bcm programming.

In previous years, the aux switches was included in the parking sensors and trailer brake control module. now that it seems like the aux switches are their own module with separate wiring harness connection, can the switch be wired without requiring the dash/truck computer? Like what if we just used the aux switches as a stand alone system? wire in the relays etc but bypass connecting it to the trucks "system" and just use them as independent switches? Im not sure how these aux switch module works so it might not be possible but worth asking.
