2024 6.4 Exhaust ideas

What is the recommendation for a cat back, no resonator, a little louder than stock with no drone exhaust system? Looked at MBRP pro, but a few people said it had a drone at highway speed.

Looked on Youtube and can't find a stock muffler with resonator delete...found a lot of muffler delete and keeping the ugly resonator......

No, removed the resonator and back. Used the pipe left to construct a new exhaust and added a black tip. My exhaust guys machine would not bend 3 1/2" pipe. Cost me $100.

If you are wanting a little more rumble, not obnoxious, and no drone, delete the resonator
 
I took mine to a muffler shop and replaced the OEM muffler with a Flowmaster FlowFX. Then deleted the resonator and had a 4" tip welded on at the cut point so it axle dumps. It's aggressive but not obnoxious.

In older hemi rams the resonator was what kept the drone out of the cab.

The borla s type is the recommended type. Borla even has it on the website saying no drone.
 
MPI exhaust with turbo mufflers, NO drone, some rumble, stock in the cab
 
For anyone wondering, Part# 140851BC BORLA exhaust that shows 2019-2024 WILL FIT on 2025. I couldn't find any info anywhere and as of the date of me posting this, and Borla said they had not gotten in one for testing but I can confirm that it does fit. Absolutely gained something from the setup, definitely feels peppier.

Love my borla! perfect sound not to loud but has that grumble and has a little pep to it!

I do have a question? do you think my exhaust tip looks to low. Its on the hanger not sure how i would get it up a bit, Kind looks lower then the other photos i seen in here with the bora

That is a bit low. You do have some adjustment. I have mine about an 1” from the closest piece of plastic. May have to loosen a couple of clamps but I was able to adjust mine closer to the fender.
