Same here, no HDC button location option under VehConfig8. Mine is a 2020 RAM 3500 HO dually, no factory rear air suspension. I'm running the Logiq air system on mine.

Mine is a 2020 with 360 camera, passive unlock, and LED lighting. I used this harness. There was one pin in that harness that my truck side harness was missing, so I just depinned it and tapped it into the truck running lights out back .
