While I was cleaning the windshield of my truck I noticed bubbles on my dash. I have reached out to the dealership and am waiting to hear back. Anyone else having this issue and did the dealer fix it?IMG_7198.jpeg

Wow...not that it should matter but does the dash sit in direct sun light a lot?

yes, same. Not bubbles but two entire sections of the dash have lifted

Just got off the phone with Ram customer care. They were notified of my dash delamination problem back in August. Today they informed me they were closing out my case for the second time without assistance. They have decided they will no longer be assisting with warranty issues, they referred me back to the dealership. I have owned Dodge trucks since 1976. I currently own a $80k 2019 Cummins Limited. I'm trying to understand how Ram thinks this strategy is good for business. In one of my conversations with Ram care, the employee admitted that the problem was caused by the use of inferior glue in the dash pad. If they know that's the problem why aren't they doing the right thing? Funny aside, when I bought the truck some of my Ford friends said that Iv regret it. They said the Cummins was great, but the rest of the truck won't last. I'm a fifty year customer who's losing faith.

My 2020 3500 Limited leather dash started lifting too. Truck is garaged with ceramic tint, and windshield sun shade is installed when parked but not in the garage. Out of warranty and didn't trust the dealer replacing it so I did it myself. Wasn't hard, took me about 9 hours taking my time with 30 min lunch break and watching football on and off. The bubbling wasn't bad, but enough to bug me. I tried to fix it using the small injection needle method but I couldn't get the glue to spread evenly. I think because there is a thin layer of padding under the leather that prevents the glue from evenly spreading.

What is the build date on your truck?
