From what I’ve see when other people have posted their grid heater all caked up with soot it does not seem to make much difference weather you use it or not it will probably still get pretty caked up.

If the truck sits long enough the fan will be engaged with the ac on or not.

If ac was on the fan clutch does lock and will make a racket.

Wires going onto the back of the plug have had issues in the past, I’d poke around back there.

The securement system has sucked for a long time. They are such quiet engines I’d imagine removing it won’t increase noise all that much. I don’t think the engine heat would effect the paint more than Arizona sun would lol if you don’t want to go that route maybe drill some extra holes into the...

Could be a sensor issue thinking it’s an air leak but in reality a miscalculation. Maybe try some MAF sensor cleaner available at auto parts stores. Are you running a oem air filter?

The code means your truck has been regening too often. Sadly it will continue to do so based on previous posters with the same issue. I’d find a scan tool capable of forcing a manual regen if that does not work DPF probably need replaced.

Probably install error on the techs part is my haphazard guess. Block will probably be ok.
