It seems they use bearings from same supplier since they fail so quickly. I think I'm going to swipe them for new ones and keep the old core and when I have time just replace the bearings and keep them just in case. Don't want to pay $800 a set each time I need to change them
Just to be specific ( I found the receipt) the originals ones were replaced at 94411 miles and were replaced with Mopar wheel hub assembles in March of 2024. I can't believe they failed already. Shop conformed this yesterday. Since they come with one year warranty Mopar won't cover them.
Unless...
2020 130K miles and I need to replace front wheel bearings again. I'm not even towing anything I use it as daily driver. Mostly highways. Which brand do you recommend? Should I go with Mopar? Also should I replace both sides or just the one I know for sure needs replacement?
Anyone installed truck bed storage boxes like this one below?
Does it make the bed narrower? Asking because I transport plywood and drywall sheets a lot and don't want to loose the 4ft between wheels.
