So this past weekend I experienced a weird problem. It was 7 degrees out and I started my truck no problem. Drove about 10-15 minutes to UPS and parked my truck just to go inside and drop off my package. I came back and try to start it and boom only one slow crank. So I'm sitting there and keep trying and it seems each time it's sounds weaker. I suspect the battery so I called my wife and she came and we jump start the truck no problem. Since then I have a check engine light on I suspect from low voltage. I replaced the battery last night and drove about 35 miles since then. Anyway... I remote start the truck and it shut itself off after maybe 10-15 seconds of running. Is it because of the check engine light? OEM remote starter. I will read the codes and reset it today after work.

A check engine light will stop the truck from remote starting, a low fuel light will do the same.
I know about the low fuel but didn't knew about the check engine light. Will have to reset it today then
