Condolences guy, never easy.It's a sad day! Had to put my 20 year old cat down.
Now its super quiet at the house.

It's a sad day! Had to put my 20 year old cat down.
Now its super quiet at the house.
Just put our old boy down on Friday...My condolences to you and your family!

Today we said goodbye to Zasha.
Right from the start she was one of the best dogs. She came to work with me daily and spent most of her day laying by the door or in the giant bean bag. She was well suited for office life, lots of pets and a quiet pup for her breed. She had a talent for placing her nose within an inch of where the door would open but never get hit. And she wouldn't move, she made everyone step over her (when I say lazy I mean it).
She loved the dog park and became besties with Sedona when we moved out to the valley in 2011 and added her to our family that summer. They loved hanging out of the side of Mike's Silverado, tongues lolling in the breeze. She was most talkative when she got to go for a ride.
She was super patient with Michaela from infant to big kid.
Lazy Zash, Princess Zash, Zasha Babushka, Santa Paws, the great white hunter.
She had a good run and made it a few weeks short of her 15th birthday. Thank you for the memories and the snuggles.

I really appreciate all the support, Thank you. We will miss her terribly but eventually the pain will fade and the memories will be fondly remembered.

I thought I would share this as someone sent it to me and I know all on here have had pets they have lost. So here it is.
It came to me
that every time
I lose a dog
they take a piece
of my heart with them,
and every new dog
who comes into my life
gifts me with a piece
of their heart.
If I live long enough,
all the components
of my heart
Will be dog, and

Yeah, thats probably why I cant hear any engine ticking. I have a bulldog who cant sleep at night unless he is on my shoulder snoring. I could be tone death, but he is happy
