I have no idea, but if it is like anything else on these trucks, it is likely not plug/play...the computer will likely need to be updated for the switches to work.
Maybe someone a little more electrically minded can figure out a bypass..

The Google has led me to this site:

They specifically offer packages up to the 2018 model year. Seems to me there isn't any reason this wouldn't work for the 2019. I've also sent an email to the Upfitter tech authority people looking for clarification. I'll post any replies.

I had to purchase my truck off the lot since my old truck died (a slow, expensive death). My truck does not have the Aux switches. Has anyone attempted to add the Aux switches to a truck that didn't come from the factory with them? I'm guessing the wiring harness is behind the dash and it would be almost plug-and-play, but I'd like confirmation if anyone has already looked into it. Bonus points if anyone knows the part numbers for the switches and the electrical components that will need to be added at the fuse box. Thanks!
No it isn't possible. Besides the panel the entire wiring harness in the truck is different. Multiple points where you can get to a connecting point. Additional connectors on a firewall panel. Connector under the dash on the drivers side.

I received a response from the folks at 4thGenRamElectronics.com today. They said they are actively working on a kit that will work with the 2019's, and hope to release it soon. I'll provide another update when I have more info.

I wouldn't say it isn't possible. It's actually not to difficult to add them to the 10-18 trucks. My '17 2500 is like 75% wired for it, just need to wire in a relay panel, buy a new switch bank, then add the dealer code.

I contacted 4thgenramelecronics and they are still working on the 2019.

Are there any aftermarket button replacements that have custom text or pictures? Ive seen them on rocker switches

It would be nice if I were to ever install things to be able to know what they are instead of try to remember what each was programmed. I hope in the future to install maybe a compressor or my 2,000W inverter, maybe some offroad lights

I'll be looking for some way to label mine, but I'm not sure how yet. I don't know of a good way to go about getting custom switch fronts made. I'm not sure the market is big enough for any manufacturer to find it worth the initial investment. It might be possible to sand the black front paint off a switch (so light would pass through the entire thing), paint the entire thing solid (so no light passes through anywhere), then laser etch a new graphic on (so light passes through your new graphic)..

It would be hard to make it not look like trash unless you had a 3d printer or silk screen. There isn't even a good space for a picture like the last style

I think with a laser cutter/etcher you could do a pretty good job if you took your time. It might take a bit of experimentation with paint to get exactly the right color and sheen though.

I'm supposedly on the list to get an email when they come up with something. In the meantime, may I suggest a row of Leviton single pole switches Gorilla taped to the dash?
