Front tow hooks are more than sufficient and very strong.
Otherwise you are looking at something mounted underneath and the lower valance will likely interfere.
I would try and find some OEM tow hooks and install them as any aftermarket will likely be part of an after market bumper

Before I replaced the bumper on my 4th gen, I'd installed some replacement tow hooks similar to these, as the prior owner had replaced OEM hooks with a LED bar that took up the whole lower opening:

Found something suitable - at least i can now attach a recovery strap via shackles
