2023 HD Crowdsourced Order Tracking & Waiting Room

Anyone able to give me info if this is just a thing that will always pop up or is there some sensor it’s telling me isn’t working properly I just picking makes the truck up today and I’m new to 5th gens and don’t know if this is something I should worry about or not. It only pops up after engine is turned off or when ignition is turned off.
Doesn’t show while driving or turned on or in run mode. I checked the messages screen too and nothing is there either

If you have any weight in your back seat it's reminding you not to leave your kids in the car. If your seat is empty it's either not working properly or comes on every time you turn it off, I'm not sure.

Checked status of my longhorn ordered on 10/5 still no build date. Dealer said it was on hold for the fifth wheel prep package and air suspension package.

I am going to call BS on your dealer. My Longhorn went in to production on 1/30 and I have my Equipment Listing — fifth whell prep and air suspension were both options I ordered and both are on my truck.

What style parking brake are on the '23 HDs? Is it electric, or manual. My current '20 1500 has electric, but my '18 1500 had manual.

I would look in the UConnect system and see if there is a rear seat reminder setting that can be toggled on/off. I don't know if it can be disabled or not. I would start there. Maybe @Jimmy07 can advise?

I got a call yesterday from Granger, telling me that my limited couldn't get built because when it was ordered Rambox delete was required. Now they can't build it due to Rambox delete even though you can't get a longbed with Rambox. They removed Rambox delete and said it is scheduled for 3/15. Will believe it when I see it. This is turning into a cluster.

Lol when I made my order on 9/11 Rambox delete wasnt an option and even though I had 5th wheel prep. I think that caused my order to never get scheduled and then now finally 5 months later they finally added rambox delete onto the order. Though I have standard bed not long bed.

You can see they really took it seriously as they decided to take the entire side of the bed off.



I cannot believe you are scheduled though. I'm so pissed still no schedule for mine and I was told constraint for SRW limited's until 3/1/23. This company is a joke.

My guess it will go to schedule in mid march which is what Stellantis told you a month ago. Don't believe it will be built before summer/fall, maybe they will give us 24's? We might get the first ones.

Started looking at used trucks so I can go camping this summer.

Atleast you are in the spreadsheet. I have a picture but the tracker still says TBD in place of a VIN lol.

Did anyone that has received their truck already have the off road package on their truck? On the website when you build a truck with the off road package it shows the Falken Wildpeaks in the picture similiar to what actually comes on the 1500's now. Curious if that is what is coming on the 2500's now.

I've been regularly looking at dealer photos when they get 23's in stock, haven't seen any Falkens yet.

The longhorn mega cab 3500 DRW that I ordered Dec 1 is built and to be delivered 3/16 if you want it. I ended up finding a new 22 on the lot.

Thanks, there are hundreds of 23 DRW limiteds available according to rams website. It's the SRW 3500 limiteds that are missing in action.

23 Ram 3500 Limited DRW is built. It’s starting to get real. Dealer says I’m KZLD yesterday. Tracker shows estimated delivery on Mar 18th. If that holds a little less than 5 months from order to delivery. Let’s see if that date holds.

Just picked up my 2023 3500 Hemi and it's got a mechanical parking brake.

I would say this is a question for @OfficerDirtySanchez as he created this document. My guess is that it's a recent change to the status.

Join the club, lol. I've had two orders for 3500 Limited Mega Cab with all the options except 5th wheel prep (one on 10/13/22 for the Cummins SO, then another on 12/14/22 for the Cummins HO when I was worried that the SO was holding it up due to the now addressed recall) and they're both still sitting in C status. Dealer assures me there's no problems, but he also has no idea when to expect either to even be scheduled to D1. He could not confirm (or deny) the issue that another member posted about earlier in this thread where there may be no start on manufacturing till 3/1 for SRW 3500 Limiteds with certain options (XBT - TPIS / WL1 - SRW / JAN - 12" cluster display).

I'm definitely a little worried I may not see this truck before camping season. I'm probably going to try to put in a preorder for a 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 with the Denali Ultimate package (the new screen looks nice, which was one of the things stopping me from ordering the 2023s, but no rear air suspension) and see what comes first at this point.

Well, I give up. My dealer has no information for me and said I should have been prepared to wait a minimum of 6 months, if not more, from when I ordered. If I would have been told that, I wouldn't have ordered. Found a pickup in Utah so I guess I'll jump a plane and drive it 12 hours back home. Good luck to the rest of you.

I was hoping they would be nice and upgrade us like they did on the 1500’s, haha
