Well I got my January 25 order on Wednesday August 17. Almost 7 months. Driving to Koons I did not think it would be worth the transition from my 18 Tradesman to this 22 Laramie. Oh my god was I wrong. The fit and finish on this new truck rivals the best cars I've had (Mercedes G, Porsche 911). I can guarantee my diesel runs down the highway no louder than a Lexus. What blew my mind was the glass being different. There's 2 layers on the side windows! Incredible vehicle they've put together. The new Cummins sounds completely different from the old 2018 6.7. The low end torque of the previous Cummins was amazing but somehow (I guess the new turbo and ISB injection system) the new engine is even more. I have been driving around by pushing the throttle 1/4" or so...all in all I cannot say enough good things about Koons in Virginia. If you want to get 6% under invoice and not fly to Mark Dodge then I would suggest Koons. Only thing I sorta noticed on the spreadsheet is that Mark Dodge gets their trucks fairly quick. Not sure if there is any causation there but thats what I see.

Yes, they have been responsive. I worked with Craig on my order, idk who is responding to my email asking for status every other week. they are responsive. There's quite a few of us in this forum, i think my count is roughly 10 ish around my same date.

Sad your April build is not shipped yet, the scheduled date is a format issue on the date from system to website translation, if you inspect or use the other link to see the raw data you will see it. its really april 7th, 4/7 vs 7/4.

I ordered 4/30, and got the "in production" date of Jul 14. At that time, Estimated Delivery said 8/19!
Well, when the Vehicle Built date changed to 7/22, the Estimated Delivery date went to TBD.
Yesterday, the tracker changed to SHIPPED 8/19, with new Estimated Delivery date 9/13.
Fingers crossed!

I ordered on 4/26 and was built 7/27. My delivery date has been TBD ever since. It has been updated since this morning to 9/15! Maybe we’re on the same train. Mine is coming to Maine.

Has any lucky deliveries found there trucks had extras on them and not in the build sheet ? I have noticed I have got a Couple items that I did not order ! Like the trailer cameras surround pkg , and blind spot monitors! There not on my build sheet or on my window sticker and never got charged for it . Must have been a bonus for having to wait so long for the truck LOL

The first ship date you see is actually the build date. If you go by the tracker it’ll be the second or third step in the process

yes, your dealer can now give you your scheduled to build date. You are now in D1. the date may shift up to 4 times, from prior experience.
it will show as @Leadchuncker mentioned as the delivery date if the tracker updates with it, but it's delivery to the build stage not physical delivery to you.

Just curious. I see most trucks go from "in production" to "vehicle built" in a day or two. It's also my understanding the trucks are sent out to do the factory bed liner. When it shows up as vehicle built, does it already have the bed liner done?
