Awesome build, fellow Old North State resident! Are some of these shots from Brown Mountain or URE?
Here are some of my favorite Pictures, all older ones. Unfortunately, my new camera quality is too high to post them here. But I'll wrap it up here till I add something new. See my updated post above to see where I stand today!

Beautiful truck and awesome shakedown run. I'm jealous of your travels.

Those rzeppa joints are the same they use on my Jeep Wrangler JK. I got sick of replacing them on my Jeep and finally went with a custom driveshaft from Adams Driveshaft. No issues since then. Those rzeppa joints hold up well to stock use and flex, but throw big tires and new driveshaft angles at them and they grenade pretty quickly. Rzeppas are great for low noise and maintenance in a stock vehicle and can be very strong. Its usually the boots not up to the task with binding and extra strain.
Good to know. I'll look up Adams and see what they offer!

By far, the biggest part of this build is the Alu-Cabin. Asheville Vehicle Outfitters Did all the heavy lifting. Snorkel, Dual battery, Solar. We added 37s Geolander with Bora wheel spacers and had the trim Bead lock rings powered coated bronze.

When you put 37’s on the stock 17”, did you add a lift/leveling , any backspacing required? I want to add 37’s to my stock wheels as well and want to see what is needed so there’s no rubbing issues. Trying to keep suspension stock, if possible.
Thanks

CJC off road has a few you tube videos on this. Basically says to get a wheel with positive offset of between 18 to 25. You should experience minimal if any rubbing with 37s as long as you keep them to 12.5 or narrower tires.

Everything is bone stock. All I did was add 1.25 bora spacers. Used a heat gun to melt the plastics and removed the small lower section of the fender flare.

Hodwy all, been a hot minute but here are some updates, finally got the starter replaced what a huge improvement and no more hitting it with a hammer. But other than that I've just been enjoying the truck and going camping. Here are some pictures.

How many miles do you have that the starter pooped out already? Either you have logged some impressive miles or its another case of 'boy, stuff sure is made sh*tty now'. Haha.

I gotta say when I was buying my 2022 power wagon I was highly disappointed I couldn't get a brown interior. but luckily, I found a guy who would trade with me. Green and Brown the way it should have been from the factory. Also Added new lights.

That is a solid look with the brown seats and green paint! Crazy how hard it is to get anything but black seats and interior anymore.
