I asked the same question. I was told by the dealer that they currently they do not in North America. Only matte black in the non commercial and white in the commercial. Their business model is to offer it in the future free of charge...you just have to wait the extra time it takes to make it.

I may have mis spoken RSI I don’t believe is my topper. It’s RANCH

They do all custom colors remember my topper new was $1800 my LEER or ARE I wanted was a 4K + and I would have bought that if it was not for the timing for leaving on my 4,878 mile trip.

With this said I just looked at RSI very likable for sure !! I had my topper re-painted to match my truck, I did it with a very reputable company, they paid all high-end vehicles including the supercar market. Just wanted to make sure that it matched perfectly. I tend to be very picky I am a home builder dealing with 5m-60million dollar projects

I’m very appreciative of this topper ! 4 stars

if someone has a 19 and up RAM 1500 there is a screaming deal on an RSI smartcap on the Boise Id craigslist. Wish it fit a new 2500 but the ad said it was on a 2014 2500. I emailed RSI and they said it would not fit properly on a new 2500.

@Gondul and others who have racks on their toppers? What brand did you go with and why? What model and size?

Low noise/drag is more important than strength to me. I will only tote a canoe or a few sticks of DOM tubing or wood occasionally. Possibly an awning, not sure.

I looked at rhino rack vortex, seems strong and possible aerodynamic. not sure if I would need 54 or 59. I don’t want the rack sticking over the sides of the truck, more flush with the cap. Once I get the topper I will measure. They also sell an awning.

I went with the Rhino Rack Vortex partially due to the recommendation from the shop, but mostly due to the fact that I have so many Rhino Rack accessories from past vehicles, so I can swap out bits as needed (2 different pioneer platforms, mesh platform, and brackets for rotopax/maxtrax/SUPs, etc...).

Like you, on my 2016 I wanted bars that didn't extend past the topper, so I ended up using the 36" Aero crossbars along with my Pioneer platform. This time around though, I wanted them to extend past the topper so I can better manage when I load up four paddleboards heading to the lake, so I went with the 65" width.

So, does anyone know exactly which years interchange for the 2020 2500? What year toppers fit it? Thanks.

I think any cap/topper from 2009 1500 or 2010 2500/3500 to present will work excluding 2019 new body 1500. I borrowed my buddies cap from his 2017 Ram 2500 for a trip and it fit perfect with no issues.

This is correct the mega cab is a little different that the extended or regular cab as well but they don’t make a different cap/topper that’s just for mega that I know of.. but this is correct

Gonna repeat back here. 2009 and up 1500 except 2019 new body 1500 will fit the 2500?
2010 up 2500/3500 will fit. The only exception is mega cab will not fit or does not fit “right”?
Thanks for the info.

Just spoke to a guy local to me that has a 2015 1500 truck for sale with a topper. Said he would sale the topper to me but told me his bed was a 5.7 ft. bed. Ours are 6.4 feet for short beds.

The roof racks are Yakima and came installed... Skyline towers and Core bars.
Really, you're limited by the weight the shell will hold... which is about 200#

Yeah... you did ask about that... oops.
Honestly I don't hear anything, but these trucks are pretty damn quiet with the ANC...
I'd agree.

On my '16, I did have a rack above the cab in addition to the one over the topper. That was noticeable for noise, but not bothersome to me. But with the racks on or off of just the topper now, I don't notice any difference.

Ranch is a good fit, it fits the cargo camera and the truck very nicely, I’m very impressed!! RANCH Fusion I said this in a different part of the form but I wanted frameless glass but could not wait due to a over the road trip that I needed the topper for. Overall I’m very happy with this, it’s carpeted with lights on the inside I ended up putting pay protection film across the back lower part of the glass that goes over the tailgate and I tinting all the glass to match the rest of the truck that I have done.

I bought a used Ranch Icon. It looks really god but I need to get some weather stripping on the bed rails. Do you know about how much yours weigh? Seen some nice weather srtipping but listed two different style for under 200lbs or over 200lbs20210209_073822.jpg

I doubt it would be over 200lbs but the clamps make it clamp down more than 200lbs force so id go with the over 200lbs
