The dealer called me today and said my truck arrived! They got a shipment of 4 special order trucks but one arrived with $5k in damages. Luckily not mine. Ordered 2/11 and delivered 11/3.

I just received an email from "Cara" at The Ram Trucks Information Center and she/it tells me my truck is built and awaiting shipment. So very helpful, glad I opened a case
I chatted with Ram Care yesterday and was told a "Specialist" would reach out to me within 1 business day (technically should have been today) and gave me a case number. I got nothing today from them.
I did email him once but no response. I have mixed feelings about continuing to try. I think there is only so much he could say or do. If the issue is the faulty ECM, as I suspect, I think they are likely finishing the regular production run for 22 model year before addressing it.
