It has the bed floor ridges in the cushy part to fit nice and flush, velcros in down the center underneath also. the topside is a layer of black high grip durable covering. I think it will work quite well for my use
i got the bedmat style that is made for the regular bed with wheel wells and includes the tailgate gap coverage and tailgate cover portion. it is all one piece. I will be slicing off the "corners" to fit into my rambox bed.

You can swap out the stock rear springs for springs from Carli or Thuren, either of which will bump your payload capacity back up to 2000 lbs on the PW. Those springs are actually a softer spring that replaces the standard 2500 spring to soften its ride while for the PW it is a little stiffer...
