At least you have a sig...most people don't which is annoying...it could save so many after questions...its IMO impertive and should be forum law to have one so when someone posts, you know quite ofter why they are doing the things they do with out asking why. :)

Except they don't show on Tapatalk, so you'll still get asked.

In that vein, it doesn't hurt to add a brief comment about the truck related to what you're doing/asking.

"What oil for a 2020 Cummins?" etc.

Installed this big arse intake...the monster ram horn is on its way as is the diff cover....but this filter is effing huge....got the dry filter in case you're wondering after talking to Banks....pardon the work bench mess....it's cleaned up now but that is a gallon jug....
The one in my 05 was massive as well it also had the scoop that went under the front valence of the truck. Always love banks stuff very well designed and fits great every time

I had some persistent birds. I took a bushel of junk out of the area in front of the driver's side battery. I left the hood open to discourage them. It rained that night and figured what bird flies in the rain at night?? Next morning another bushel of trash. Ended up moving the truck to an area with more human traffic and that solved the issue, at least for the time being. Gotta admit these birds are not only persistent but work really hard, even in the rain at night. I drive my truck daily.IMG_1103.JPG

I added some grip tape the the edge of the factory Ram running boards. Only owned it a week and I started see scratches And also the edge is slippery when wet.

After owning a Ram 1500 with permanently fixed running boards, and now owning a Limited 3500 with the auto running boards, I'm kind of missing the look of the permanent ones.:(

Funny how everyone's tastes are different, I can't stand fixed running boards. I think they break up the lines of the truck, so I prefer the automatic boards. Put AMP on my 1500 and have them on the Limited, only thing I miss is the lights the AMPs have but it's no big deal.

Does anyone know how well the factory chrome steps do for resisting scratches? I checked the box for whl-to-whl on my Laramie CCLB.

Edit- Sorry - moving this question to the appropriate thread..

Got the winter tires all mounted and balanced on freshly powdercoated wheels...again...for a truck that hasn't even been built yet.

Yup, within days of ownership there were scratches in my boards....mostly on the passenger side. Must be the nay carers lol. I pick my feet up and plant them purposefully.

Installed a Hellwig Big Wig rear sway bar. Had their normal duty bar on my 1500 and loved it. Love the heavy bar on my 2500. For my money, a sway bar upgrade is the best bolt on mod under $500.

Not today but Yesterday I did a thing………. Sold the 2500 for profit over what I paid 1 year ago! The Market is nuts and no longer needing a Vehicle such as the 2500, it worked in my favor to part with it. Not a RAM but still a decent vehicle, certainly just as plush of an interior as the RAM Limited and nicer, I went with a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland and friggin love this thing.

I will be checking in here periodically to keep up with the HD’s.
Enjoy you’re HD’s and be safe all!
