I have the dual 440 now (didn’t ask for it but it was on the truck that I ended up with). I am however ordering it for the 2022 replacement. 1) you have a backup alternator if one goes 2) you can rig DC-DC charging for the trailer batteries (I bought the Renogy 40 amp kit) 3) it’s chump change on a $75k sticker for - as Tim would say - mooooree poooowwwwerr!Mine has the 220 amp single with the options selected, but I am trying to see anyone has a compelling reason for me to add the second 22 amp for my use (no snow plowing). If there was a logical reason, I would check that box. If it doesn't offer me anything (and my gut feeling is that it offers me nothing) then I'll submit the order this evening as planned with the single 22 amp unit.
I'm still around. - - - I want to be near or at their offer. We are not too far off invoice now. I'm just trying to figure out how to offer the same pricing as Sandi. Even spoke to my Chrysler/Stellantis rep. If I ever figure it out, I will be offering the same. I'd love to be a more western resource.Same here in AZ too! Which made it all the more funny that Chapman is asking people to give them a shot even though they won't match anywhere near the Mark Dodge pricing, lol
Hi. I need to go back and check my emails. I'm so sorry. I thought I had responded. I'll check in the morning.Did Chapman even offer that? My first quote from Andrea here on this forum (Chapman Scottsdale) was 1% under invoice (i.e. FFA pricing) and I made a counter that hasn’t been responded to yet. 1% under invoice versus 5% under invoice at Mark Dodge is a lot of money. I’m in AZ too and expect it would be about $1100 to ship, $300 each way to drive (plus hotels). That’s not insignificant, but for me it’s a big difference from trying to buy locally. I mentioned to Andrea that I’d love to stay local - service, support, long-term relationships, etc etc - but haven’t heard back.
Wondering why your name isn't showing. I'm sure few is no problem. You may want to reach out and ask for a revised one with it. ;-)Ordered todayView attachment 18552

They'd help you with it, or check out Bud Clary in Washington.I’m all the way in Oregon. How would I even arrange transport?
That is a lot more doable. I’ll give them a call tomorrowThey'd help you with it, or check out Bud Clary in Washington.
We can post a request through Central Transport and get a quote on shipping. Then oh, you can compare the pricing you get at home versus our pricing plus shipping to see if it makes sense. I'm driving home right now after having my first meal of the day. As soon as I get home I will take out my computer and get to work on the info.I’m all the way in Oregon. I’ll send him an email. ThanksIf you are going to reach out to them, I would suggest sending Gary an email. He is the sales manager and said he would gladly work directly with anyone that reaches out to him from the forum.
