2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Mine has the 220 amp single with the options selected, but I am trying to see anyone has a compelling reason for me to add the second 22 amp for my use (no snow plowing). If there was a logical reason, I would check that box. If it doesn't offer me anything (and my gut feeling is that it offers me nothing) then I'll submit the order this evening as planned with the single 22 amp unit.
I have the dual 440 now (didn’t ask for it but it was on the truck that I ended up with). I am however ordering it for the 2022 replacement. 1) you have a backup alternator if one goes 2) you can rig DC-DC charging for the trailer batteries (I bought the Renogy 40 amp kit) 3) it’s chump change on a $75k sticker for - as Tim would say - mooooree poooowwwwerr!

Same here in AZ too! Which made it all the more funny that Chapman is asking people to give them a shot even though they won't match anywhere near the Mark Dodge pricing, lol
I'm still around. - - - I want to be near or at their offer. We are not too far off invoice now. I'm just trying to figure out how to offer the same pricing as Sandi. Even spoke to my Chrysler/Stellantis rep. If I ever figure it out, I will be offering the same. I'd love to be a more western resource. :-) Don't give up on me completely. Lol.

Did Chapman even offer that? My first quote from Andrea here on this forum (Chapman Scottsdale) was 1% under invoice (i.e. FFA pricing) and I made a counter that hasn’t been responded to yet. 1% under invoice versus 5% under invoice at Mark Dodge is a lot of money. I’m in AZ too and expect it would be about $1100 to ship, $300 each way to drive (plus hotels). That’s not insignificant, but for me it’s a big difference from trying to buy locally. I mentioned to Andrea that I’d love to stay local - service, support, long-term relationships, etc etc - but haven’t heard back.
Hi. I need to go back and check my emails. I'm so sorry. I thought I had responded. I'll check in the morning.

Hi Andrea...I've been lurking around the forums for the past few months gathering info for a new truck build. The local dealers in NM aren't too interested in earning my business and so I figured I'd be either going up to Washington or Louisianan but AZ is much much closer to home so I do hope you continue to pursue this!

For what its worth I am looking at a 3500 limited megacab DRW. And while I have your attention, maybe you can shed some light on this issue I am having building it on rams website. In the past I was able to build this truck with the night edition package, but now when I add that package in it deletes the DRW/4.10 option and converts it to a SRW setup. While playing around with it I accidentally built a crew cab/8ft bed DRW truck and was able to add the night edition package to that build; so for whatever reason its not letting me add it to the mega cab. Any ideas?

I sacrificed my Hydro blue for the darker blue to get the Longhorn 3500. The order was submitted today.

I also had my tint guy come and do my front door windows and a visor on the windshield, doors are 20% pass and visor is 5% pass.

I got the NFab podium steps on, the rear bed step, the window vent visors and the hood protector on. Next week this 2021 gets the sprayed bed liner and this truck is done.

The 2022 Longhorn should arrive in January or February. Until then, I'll suffer this Laramie

For those of us trading it could be helpful to share rough values and condition.

In my case, I am trading a clean+ leveled 2016 HD Denali 2500 with < 50k miles. Dealer value was 56500. I paid 57400 for it new in 2016. The math on the new one made it an easy call.

Did I do ok? Not ordered yet but will be this weekend. $73,035.27 will be what I pay. Before taxes and dmv fees.

If you are going to reach out to them, I would suggest sending Gary an email. He is the sales manager and said he would gladly work directly with anyone that reaches out to him from the forum.

I’m all the way in Oregon. How would I even arrange transport?
We can post a request through Central Transport and get a quote on shipping. Then oh, you can compare the pricing you get at home versus our pricing plus shipping to see if it makes sense. I'm driving home right now after having my first meal of the day. As soon as I get home I will take out my computer and get to work on the info.:-)

Awesome I really appreciate it

I placed my order with Sandi on June 4th. She has been great to work with.

I'm not holding my breath for the rumor start date of production for the end of this month, but I can dream.

I remember someone posting about chatting with ram about their build status. Is that the generic one under the contact page on the ramtrucks site?

I'm sure that I am multiple months away from taking delivery, but I can't help myself from already starting to window shop for auto loan rates. Penfed looks to have some solid rates and up to $1000 bonus cash. Is this an option with my existing order with Mark Dodge?
