Ordered 3/29....showed up at my dealer today! 5 weeks and 1 day...not bad

Yes I live in idaho and gave 6 dealers a chance at my business 3 years ago from washington to Montana and shockingly enough my hometown dealer 10 miles from me beat all of them. Since then we have bought 3 more vehicle's from them and they proved to be the winner everytime on price and trade value. So if you here someone tell you Dennis Dillion in Caldwell idaho beats everyone else's deals at least in my area they have. Always stayed with quoted price even on ordered vehicles 4 months later. If you know someone that says they were treated wrong there I would say prove it. The sales manager kevin I deal with each time has been fantastic. I have seen vehicles out front sold to people in california all the way to Florida so they must be doing something right for people to travel that far.

I signed up just like you and got a $750 bonus cash first which expired and then a $1000 after signing up again that I got to use 5 days before it expired , plus the $500 truecar incentive and another $1000 worth of coupons my dealer told me I qualified for the day of purchase. So not only did I get a good deal on new truck and my trade I got another $2500 off total they day I picked it up

Try calling the fca rebates center. 800.227.0757 I did and she got me $500 that expired 4/30 but phil said it's applied to my truck since I ordered before then. Called yesterday hoping for a better one for may but she said the new coupons wouldn't go out for a couple more weeks. Worth a phone call.

This is where I bought mine. Been working with Ben. Good experience so far and they beat 2 other quotes I did in the area by 8-9k. Mine should arrive any day.

Have you tried to escalate at Ram Chat? My truck was stuck there for about 4 weeks - called Ram Chat instead of Chat and was able to get a "Supervisor" who now sends me weekly updates. No idea if that helped with anything (probably not) but at 8 weeks I would be concerned......

For what it's worth, the window MSRP sticker price increased by $550 vs. the POC. I don't expect to pay any more than what I negotiated with dealer.

I'm in California and reached out to the general sales contact number at Dillon and didn't have great luck. A salesman returned my call, and then I sent my pricing sheet and didn't hear anything after that - and after I called and sent a few follow up emails. Within same timeframe Mark Dodge and Bud Clary both returned with good offers, and had nothing to compare with Dillon so they were out of the running. Sounds like people should reach out directly to Kevin - I was dealing with a different guy.

I will admit I haven't always been happy with the salesman there, especially if they are gone before the deal is done. But the last salesman Gunnar and kevin the sales manager have been great. I guess like all businesses there are good and bad employees unfortunately. Glad you found a good price and what you wanted somewhere

Just called FCA Incentive - No love! I had a $1k Ram Bonus Cash allowance that expired 4/30/21 - said he couldn't extend it. According to the guy I talked to there's not a way for him to extend the coupon. I'm signed up with the Ram website with like three emails, so hopefully will get another bonus cash coupon before truck arrives end of May.....

Yeah she told me she couldn't extend it but if I placed an order before then it would still work on delivery. Didn't tell her I already ordered one. Sent the code to phillip and he applied it to the order. Hopefully it's still there.

Great point. How do I get ahold of ram chat? I have been speaking with US Customer Care - Stellantis
 
Ya I know the truck is built. Been built for 8 weeks and sitting at the vendor waiting some thing else. IDK what...
